     He was mesmerized.

The way you walked, talked, laughed, smiled, and even cried. He knew he was in love. There was no other answer to his feelings.

However, you felt so distant from him. Too far away; never close to his grasp. And it hurt him vigorously.

He wanted you so badly. In fact, he would have done anything just to have you as his.

But the more time passes by, the more pessimistic he is about you.

-----------------------------------

It was a Monday morning, the start of the first semester in your last year of college. You were determined and ready to do well this year, since it was your last. The chances of dying were't very slim, due to the shit load of stress and exhaustion you speculated that you were going to go through. But you think that it's for the better, and decide it's best not to complain now.

Walking anxiously to the lecture hall, you were surrounded by many people who were also in the process of getting to class. You wondered how they feel. Most likely nervous and possibly even eager to learn. And you were both. You were one of those people who simply despised waking up early and were lazy, but nevertheless loved learning and discovering new things.

You finally made it to your first Algebra lecture in time, thankfully. However, before settling down, you instantly searched between the many different faces for your friend Nayun. While doing so, you subconsciously locked eyes with another student whom you were familiar with. Bang Chan. That one guy that you never really talked with because you thought he was way out of your league. Not only in a relationship, but also just a friendship.

It only lasted a few seconds, because you looked away timidly before you could lose your sanity and stumble over the steps. Chan, on the other hand, could have looked at you forever. Because your sight was something he drugged on, in a weird way.

He knew how much he liked you, but didn't know how much you liked him. Or rather, if you liked him at all. He didn't think that he was an intimidating person, so he always wondered why you lowkey avoided him and almost pretended as if he simply just wasn't there. But he knew for sure that he wanted you. And everyone knew that when it comes to Bang Chan, anything he wants, he always gets. No matter the cost.

If you had to describe Chan, then it would be, to put it simply in one word; unworldly. He was like a star. No, he shined brighter than any other star. His passion for music is what draws you to him, and you had always wanted to listen to it, but never got the chance to. It was only last year when you noticed and realized how incredible he is. Shortly after that, he was slowly taking over your heart, and he still is. Even if you haven't interacted with him directly. So you wondered every night, why? And how?

Will you ever come together? How would that happen?

-----------------------------------

"Alright everyone, have a good rest of the day!" Your Algebra professor, Professor Kang, exclaimed when the bell rang, and you started packing your notebook and folder in your backpack.

Poking in the small side pockets of your navy blue backpack, you spotted what you were looking for.

You pulled out your favorite makeup product, Benetint. You weren't much of a makeup gal, or let alone can do makeup, but you loved Benetint so much. It was the perfect size and can fit anywhere. It was convenient and easy to use. Not to mention you loved the rosy color it gave your pale lips and cheeks.
