Christmas Eve
It was finally Christmas Eve! All of our decorations had been put up a couple weeks ago and now I can't wait for tomorrow.
I was in my bed listening to Scout by Calpurnia while texting Ava when I heard my mom get another phone call. She's been getting a lot more phone calls than normal lately but I've just brushed it off, thinking it's something to do with work.
After my record finished, I went downstairs to go eat with my mom. We ate dinner together, it was nothing big just some pizza, and I went back to my room to watch a movie. We weren't going to have family over until next week because we were all so busy around the holidays.
I decided I wanted to watch both of the Home Alone movies because those were my all time favourite Christmas movies.
I finished the first one and put on the second one. I didn't realize how tired I was because about half way into the movie, I fell asleep.
I didn't dream about much that night. I know I had a couple dreams but I can't remember what they were.
I woke up at around 7:00am and went to wake my mom up. I know I'm 15 now but I can't help but act like a child on Christmas. The holidays just make me so happy!
As soon as I was able to get her up I ran downstairs to start looking through my stocking.
I got a couple good things like face masks, shampoo and conditioner because I'm always running out and some new mascara that I've been wanting from Florence By Mills!
I went to open my big gifts and got so much from there such as, LED lights, some Calpurnia merch, Enya's merch, Drew's merch and one of Josiah's beanies!
My mom and I were watching a movie in our basement when we heard a knock at the door. I paused Elf and went to go get it. I heard my mom run up behind me but I just took it as normal.
I go to open the door, still in my pyjamas, looking like I just got up. I open the door and see...
Okay so here's the thing. I tried making it really good in the chapter before this but once I got to Y/N's POV it got really bad and now it's just your classic fanfic. I hope you still like it though!
