Chapter nineteen

A/n pov

We're back at the home bunker and Gaiges chassis is still sitting on the couch. Beside her was veronica and in front of them is Beatrice pacing.

Veronica: come on relax, he's probably farther than we thought.

Beatrice: I can't relax, he's been gone for two days! And why is Gaige still shut off?

Veronica: I don't know *taps optical* maybe she's broken.

Suddenly Gaiges optical glowed green and she stood up. Veronica got startled and fall of the couch.

Gaige: something's wrong.

Beatrice: *to veronica* see I told you.

Gaiges: y/n normally takes a day and night to come back.

She then walked into the hallway. She went into y/n's room and slammed the door. Beatrice and veronica both looked at the door as they heard shuffling.

Veronica: uhh..... Gaige? What are you doing?

The door to y/n's room then got kicked open. Gaige walked out holding EX-shot.

Gaige: I'm going to find y/n *inserts magazine*

Meanwhile

Announcer: round 5!

Y/n: *ducks behind cover* ya lo se!

<I know!>

Y/n peeks over the cover as a bunch of bullets are hitting it. He counted 4 guys with shotguns and 2 with machine guns before having to duck back down die to some bullets.

Y/n: fuck!..*checks magazine of mp5*..... I need a plan.

He looked around and saw that not to far there was a grenade strap on a corpse. He looked around and came up with a plan.

Y/n's thoughts: okay; First run and grab the grenades of the body, dive into cover, pull a pin on a grenade and toss the entire belt. Ready? Ready!

He ran out from his cover, and dodged the bullets. He picked up the grenade belt of the corpse and slid into cover. He shot the last bullets he had in his mp5 and tossed it at them. He ducked back down and pulled a grenade off the belt.

Y/n: just to be safe.

He then pulled the pin of a grenade and tossed the entire belt at the gunners. He ducked down and heard them all scream before.
