Abilities: The user can look at someone and know their Quirk, Strengths and weaknesses. If the user looks at the target without blinking or interference for 20 seconds the user can predict the targets movements for 10 minutes.
Drawbacks: The user must look at them for 5 seconds without blinking or something coming between them and the target. The information will constantly run through the users mine for 2 hours which can cause severe headaches when used on multiple targets.
