Abilities: The User Can Use air or water to create a small typhoon that can be used as a weapon or as defense. The user can ride it for faster movement. If the weather is warm or the air is really moist their quirk will be a lot stronger. If strong enough the user can expand it and make a shield around their entire body instead of a small portion. When in an area of water the quirk is a lot stronger and can expand to sizes of a category 5 cyclone if the user is strong enough and there's enough water.
Drawbacks: If the air or water nearby is too cold their quirk will be weak or may not even activate at all. Their quirk acts almost exactly like a hurricane so if their quirk is out for too long on the ground without any nearby water the quirk will be weaker and might deactivate.
