Abilities: The user can read anyone's thoughts around them. If they concentrate enough they can even predict the targets movements.
Drawbacks: If used on multiple people at once it can cause the user to experience severe headaches. When the user is deeply concentrated on a target they can be easily caught off guard by other people who they aren't focused on. Large crowded areas can cause severe pain if the user isn't skilled with blocking thoughts.
