Abilities: The User can use the water In their body to release ash from their palms. If they concentrate enough they can make the ashes burning hot. Breathing in Smoke and Ash doesn't affect the user.
Deawbacks: The User can become dehydrated and exhausted quickly if overused. The users quirk causes them to have a hard time breathing sometimes especially when they run too much.
