Abilities: Once th user has their eyes on a target for more than 10 seconds they can summon a small VooDoo doll in their hand of the target in which like a regular voodoo doll does anything to the real person that you do to the doll.
Drawbacks: Creating a Voodoo drains lots of energy as well as after summoning a voodoo the users vision is very blurry for several minutes or even an hour if used multiple times. The user cannot kill anyone with a voodoo so if the doll breaks it simply disappears.
