Abilities: The user can rub their hands together or their feet on the ground to generate a very high amount of static electricity which the user can store for later use or just for extra energy. After generating the electricity the user can shoot tiny bolts from their fingers to slightly shock the opponent. If the user generates enough static electricity the user can shoot large bolts from their palms which if strong enough can mildly stun an opponent.
Drawbacks: Using the quirk for long periods of time or multiple times a day can drain a lot of the users energy. If they use it too much the bolts may also shock the user as the shoot them from their fingers or palms.
