Shayne Pov:

Damien is loosing his shit today.
Y/n is coming over to his place today so she can see how exactly he edits. I know he is good but I also know he forgets everything infront of her.
Man, he is definitely going to mess this up.
But more than Damien it is difficult to handle Courtney, now that she knows this too.
How on earth do girls catch this stuff so easily. And why can't y/n see this? He is all smitten over her and she is so ignorant about it. Can't blame her, they both are secretive and awkward all the time.

Y/n pov:
"So it will be ok if I bring Pebbles along with me?" I asked Damien again.
"Y/n my cats are not a bully. Moreover they are not here anyways, so I beg you to bring Pebbles along with you, I need my weekly dose of cats." I heard his sweet voice say.
Even over phone, his style of speech is so distinguishable.
"You will get this dose everyday though." I warned him again.

Not that I dont want Pebbles there. I NEED her there, but he should know everything.
"No issues madam." he said.
"Ok sir." I said, returning his accent.
I thought I heard a deep breath before whatever he said.
Or my mind is already getting lost.
"Alright, see you at 9 then." I said and hung up.
I looked at the blue wall clock over the window. Ok, another hour to go.

Damien POV:

Ok sir.

She said this and I lost my shit.
In spite of all my best efforts not to scream, I think I let out a deep breath.
Did I?
I don't know. I don't know anything right now.
She just innocently fulfilled a part of my fantasy and now she is coming over to see how good I am with something i learned years ago.
Shit.

Y/n pov:
"That is actually neat Damien!" I said looking at the short video he edited.

It was slightly sloppy, but not in a noticeable sense. Pretty good actually.
"What?" he said, finally lifting his sight away from Pebbles who was currently playing with a cat toy.

"Buddy, dont let her distract you. She is pretty darn good at that." I said, chuckling.
"She is just so small. She reminds me when Zelda and Freyja were small.
So cute." he said, bobbing the toy around.

He is so adorable.

"Anyways, I said this is good. I think you can edit smosh main videos ALONE too."

Yeah, otherwise I will get distracted if I see you everyday like this.

"Alone? I thought you were coming everyday!" he said, momentarily stopping the toy.
"Yeaaaah, but I don't think you need it. I was coming only because I thought you would need some help, but you are good already." I said.

"No no. This is good because i did it all alone. I would need your help to edit Smosh videos." he said.
"Okay then. I just hope you dont mind me coming here every day. And also I hope Mark is ok." I said.

"nO issueS wiTh Me." Mark shouted from the kitchen.

I was thankful for that Mark, Matt's brother was there with us to keep me distracted. Alone with Damien would have been truly difficult.

I turned back to see Pebbles 'making biscuits' on Damien's lap before snugging in.
Aww, she loves him.

I wasn't there to edit any video, but I was inside Smosh video stock, picking up some videos which were kept aside "in case".
There were some videos which were edited and ready, but they had a Defy watermark on them which I couldn't remove.

"We will have to use these the way they are." I told Ian over phone.
"Ok then, we will have someone from cast to record a disclaimer like audio and we can play it before the videos every time." he said.
