Chapter 21 - Wait...

*Your POV*

So mark took my to the mall to have lunch and well.... to chat as we walked, but soon he asked me a question that didn't sit right with me,

"Hey"
"Yeah?"
"Do you want to go back to the park?" He asked,
"Hmmm.."
I don't know, I'm kinda not to thrilled with that place because it's filled with fan girls,

"We don't have to"
"No, I'll go"
"Really?"
Yes, or I wouldn't say it...
"Yeah.. But only if you run away from your fan girls, if we are seen!"
"Fine" he said,

So we walked back to his car and drove to the park and we were only there for like 10mins before a group of them spotted us,

"Crap..." I said really annoyed,
Can't they give me like 2 seconds...
"Mark!!"
"Mark, can I have a hug!"

"That's our queue" mark said,
Wait... what?
"Queue for what??"
"To run.." he said as he grabbed my wrist and started running,

"Ahhh.... slow down.... let me catch up" I said as I was falling behind,

"Nooo... they'll nibble my jibblets if we slow down.." he shouted,

I couldn't help myself,

"Hahahahaha.... damn it mark... dont.... do .....that ...." I shouted as I laughed,

We managed to get away and it was thanks to mark pulling my into some bushes with him that we got away,
"Those girls *pant* don't give *pant* up easy *pant*" mark said as he was out of breath,
"You *pant* don't *pant* say" I said out of breath as well,
We crouched there for a bit then mark said,

"Ready to go home?"
"Give me a sec" I told him as I was still catching my breath.
Finally caught my breath me went back to the car and drove back home, we walked up the stairs to marks door,
"Hey, come in for a drink?" Mark asked,

"Sure, I think I deserve it" I laughed,
But as he opened his door we were greeted with pitch blackness,
"Hey, what's wrong with your lights?" I asked,

"I don't know, could you help me find my light switch it's not normally near the door" he said as I heard him bang into things.

I felt around on the wall to find the switch,

Yes! Found it, I flipped it and then I was greeted with,

"SURPRISE!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY [Y/N]!!"

I screamed,
"AHHHhhh!! Jesus.... thank you guys!!" I shouted,

They all laughed at me for how scared I got, then one by one they came over to say happy birthday,

"Hey [Y/N], Happy Birthday, sorry for the scare" Felix said,
"Yeah, hope we didn't scare you much"
Marzia said,

"But Happy Birthday!" She said,

"[Y/N]! Happy Birthday!" Shouted bob, wade and ken,

"Hahahaha thanks you guys!" I laughed,

"[Y/N], we hope you like the party tonight" Molly and Mandy say together,
"I know I'm going to love it!" I exclaimed,

Once everyone said happy birthday, the party started and it was great!

There was alcohol and just dance 4 on Xbox and I opened my presents... some of the things I got were.... um werid... hahaha but I loved them!

Mark decided to be the bartender for the night and his noticed if only ask for grasshoppers so he suggested I try a fruit tingle, now was way better!

Anyway, I want someone to join me in the next dance, so everyone decided to play rock, paper, scissors and ken won, so I got Mandy to choose a song, she chose,

"Ok, Mr Saxobeat it is..." says Mandy as she clicks on the song,

"Yay! Love that song!" I shout,

So I dance with ken until the end, because I won I asked if anyone else wanted a go,

"Anyone wanna dance?" I say with a 'bring it on' look on my face,

"I'll have a go" I heard mark say,
Wait... I'm going to dance with mark... like this,

I look at myself and look back at him and say,

"Ok sure" with a smile,
I'm really drunk right now and dancing with mark, the person I love.... might not be the best thing right now, but I'll give it a go.

Mark steps away from the kitchen bench and joins me near the TV,

"Ok, so what are we dancing to?" He asks,

"I don't know, choose someone to choose the song" I say,
What I love about this just dance, is that mark got the limited addition one where you have Disney songs on it,

"Wade, you choose"mark said,

"Haha, ok" wade said as he walk over and went the Disney songs list and chose,

"Here we go... beauty and the beast" he snickered,

Umm why is he laughing?
And why that ONE??

Mark and I start dancing but this was a couples dance and it's so embarrassing
But the feeling a had whilst dance, was so unreal, we got caught up in the moment because at the end of the dance, we looked at each other and then he lent in for a kiss!? I and didn't refuse.

It was only for a second and what brought us back to reality was the sound of clapping and cheering.

Did that just happen?
I'm not dreaming right?

Once we realised what happened, we jumped back,

My face was even redder then it was before, all I did was walk outside for fresh air.

We didn't look at each other that much after that, well not until everyone left that is, but that's for the next story,
