Friday Morning

Friday Morning...

I was running late, I slept in more than my normal time. I had to get ready for school. I rush just to get ready. I ran downstairs and I open the door to suddenly feel my face get hit. I fall back.

Sylvanna was here.

My nose started to bleed.

Aph: ugh- what the hell Sylvanna?

She was taken back by me calling her by her first name.

Aph: you aren't allowed here. I literally can get you arrested for two things.
S: ...
Aph: can you just leave?

She turned around.

S: I thought your father was here.
Aph: he's not here at the moment.
S: when will he be back?
Aph: I'm not telling you!

She stepped into the house.

Aph: I told you to leave. You aren't supposed to be here! You can't even come close to me.
S: I don't care.

She slaps me again.

Aph: STOP!

She grabs the weapon she brought and starts beating me with it...

She did for 2 hours. With no stop...

S: now die!

She left. I couldn't move. My body was hurting badly. Im going to die aren't I?

Few hours pass...

It was 5... I couldn't get Ein and my phone was upstairs. I tried to move but I was so weak I just fell back down. I hear two familiar voices.

I coughed.

Ein opens up the door, and Aaron and he walk in.

Ein: APHMAU!

Ein rushes to my side. Aaron stand in horror

Ein: APHNAU!! APHMAU PLEASE DONT BE DEAD!
Aph: E-Ein...
Ein: WHO DID THIS?
Aph: mo-mom d-d-did...

Ein was shocked...

Aar: I already called an ambulance. It's coming.
Ein: thank you, Aaron.
Aph: I'm so sorry Ein.
Ein: this wasn't your fault. I'm going to get Mom arrested.
Aar: when the cops ask who Aphmau belongs to. I'm going to say I'm her boyfriend.
Ein: okay.

A few mins pass and I was in the ambulance. Ein and Aaron joined me.

PA: so what happened?
Ein: Our mom came over and beat her almost to death. Our mom not supposed to be near us.
PA: why's that?
Ein: our dad divorced her, and won full custody of us. My mom not allowed near us. If she comes to us, she can get arrested.
PA: what's the name of your mother?
Aph: Sylvanna Pheonix-Del Campos
PA: thank you.

We arrive at the hospital and I was placed in the room. I bless Irene since the boys are going on a month break so I don't have to miss school.

Aar: Aphmau I'm so sorry this happened.
Aph: it's okay Aaron.
Ein: she'll make it! She a strong lady!

I smile. A doctor and a nurse enter the room.

Doc: Hello, I'm Doctor Erick and I'm here with my nurse Jen
Ein: wait- I thought women couldn't get jobs?
Doc: about a year ago, they allowed women to work as nurses. But they have to learn from the other male nurses.
Ein: oh.
Doc: anyways, who's?
Aar: I'm her boyfriend and that's her little brother.

I blush

Doc: got it.
Aph: i-
Doc: now let me explain. I will look over Aphmau, to see her injuries.

The doctor looks at me and inspects all the wounds.

Doc: nothing broken. Just a lot of wounds and bumps. She didn't break anything.
Aar: can we file a report still?
Doc: if you want.
Ein: we have too! Sylvanna wasn't allowed to be around us! If she came near either us or came to our house she could be arrested!

The Doctor looked at all 3 of us.

Doc: Aaron and Ein can do it. But Aphmau you'll only be for 2 weeks. Nothing too serious but we also don't want you to go home and not feel safe.
Aph: okay.

The doctor and nurse leave first. Then Aaron and Ein leave.

I was finally alone. Alone in this room. I had nothing to do. No TV even. I couldn't read, I'd get caught. I looked around the room, just made something I can do.

The nurse walks back in.

Nur: I'm so sorry darling. Is there anything I can get you?
Aph: what can you get me?
Nur: water, food, or a coloring book.

My eyes light up.

Aph: uh.. coloring book, please.

She smiles at me.

Nur: Markers, color pencils okay?
Aph: yes!

She smiles again.

Nur: I'll be right back.

She left the room again. It was quiet. I could hear the sounds of other people walk around. I didn't move or say a word.

Wooo! Part 4 already??? What- what is this? I'm just loving this. I feel was inspired to write this. I hope you are enjoying it.
