Broken ||A Sodapop Curtis Love Story||

Intro

A/N: Hi everyone! This is my second fanfic and I'm kinda just writing it because I got bored. I will write this one along with Mean Socs, but updates will probably be as slow as my other fanfic. I know it's short, but it's only the first chapter. Hope you read it! It's called Broken and it's about Two-Bit Mathews and his younger sister. This is their story:

"You're not worth it." I've heard those words so many times, directed at me, but I've never really listened to them. I've heard so many people say it to me before, but I've never cared too much. Maybe I get it from my older brother, Two-Bit. He's the happiest person I've ever met and he's always like that. I'm not usually like that, but I don't really let things get to me.

My name is Emily Mathews. I'm 15 years old and I'm a high school Sophomore in a terrible school filled with jerks, bullies and Socs. If you can't already tell, I'm not the most popular. I'm a Greaser, just like my brother and his friends. Their kind of my friends, especially Sodapop. I don't really have my own friends. I'm too shy.

Maybe that's why so many people have uttered those words in my direction so many times. "You're not worth it."

I don't try or make an effort to have friends, other than the gang. I don't want friends out of the gang.

A lot of them tell me that I should be a Soc. I have nice clothes and nice things. Thats because Two-Bit works hard to get them for me. I'm not a Soc, but he doesn't want me to grow up as a Greaser. I want to be one, though. The whole gang are Greasers, why wouldn't I want to be like them? Two-Bit, who's 20, is my only family, the only person to worry about my social class. Our dad died when we were young and our mom left us a few years ago. I don't really know why, but since then it's just been us.

He's the best big brother I could ask for, but he can't do everything for me. He can't save me from myself.
