Dark is a 16 year old teenage boy. He lives on earth with his mother and father despite being demons. Why? His parents didn't want to raise their son in hell. Dark and his parents moved around alot and because of that dark didn't have any friends. Real friends except one. He had one true friend. His beloved dog Mark. Mark had been given to dark as a birthday present when dark was 2 years old so the two of them had grown up together and were best friends. Mark knew dark better than anyone and understood him better than anyone ever did. Mark loved dark very much. More than anything in the world. Dark would take him for walks, play football with him, play fetch with him and even throw a Frisby for him to catch amd even play tug a war with him. Dark would give him treats, call him a good boy and pet him and give him belly rubs. Life was great for dark because Mark was in it. One day while walking Mark, dark found a necklace in the lake at the park and put it on marks neck saying hes the most beautiful dog in LA and Mark approves of that by barking. Later on that night dark laid in bed with his beloved dog next to him
"you know. I sometimes wish you would talk back. You know be human. We could go to school together, go to the movies, have loads of fun.. Maybe be more than friends... But a boy can dream" he said to mark petting his head before falling asleep. As dark slept, the necklace on marks neck glowed and changed Mark from a dog into a beautiful human boy. The magic would last as long as Mark wore the necklace. Dark wakes up the next morning to his football being put on the bed like usual and when he sees Mark, he's shocked. He doesn't recognize him until he sees the necklace on marks neck and realises that the necklace is magic, that Mark is now human and that his wish came true. What does he do?
