Running running... She didn't want to get caught. Her chest heaved heavily as she ran into the unknown. She looked behind only to see a black shadow, walking behind her, eerily calm. As soon as she saw the light in the darkness, she sped up her pace. Reaching for the light, she ran but before she. Knew it, she was surrounded in a strong grip, unable to shake herself from it's steely grip.

Jensen's pov:

At the sound of the scream of his name, he ran like lightening to see the source of the terrified voice. He knew who it was, but refused harshly to believe it. Jared woke too, and sprinted behind him. Jensen raced through the darkness, finally reaching the hallway and quickly flipped the light switch on. The horrifying sight knocked the very breath out of him: his legs turned to lead and he found himself barely able to keep himself upright.

"GALE!" He flew to her side, grabbing hold of her limp arms, shaking her violently. A collapsed Gale layed sprawled across the ground, with a heart stopping message printed on the wall: 'You never should've run.' What was even more horrifying was that it was written in blood. Gale's blood.

"Gale! Baby! Wake up.. wake up!"Jensen shouted breathily. He drew a hair away from her face behind her ears. He cupped her pale face, closing his eyes refusing to believe the bad luck that he carried. The very sight of her body turned his heart over. Her hair was carelessly sprawled around her face, and a pale shade of colour showed on her face. He drew his forehead down, to meet his own with hers a flash of pictures shot through his head; images of Gale's laughing echoed in his ears.. He cursed himself over and over for letting this happen to her. But admist his haunting memories, she stirred, instantly causing him to sit up.

"Jensen..."

The fright and terror in her voice sliced his heart. She lifted her hand, suddenly feeling a large one cover hers and was now thrust into a warm embrace, one full of strength, comfort. She turned her head into the warmth, wishing she could see, wishing she could stare into his eyes..

"Gale? Gale! Answer me!" His voice was full of desperation, full of fear..

"I'm fine fool..." A small smile grew on her face as she finally pryed open her eye lids, just to see the man she'd hoped for.

"I'm here baby.." He drew a caring hand through her hair, holding her like he would never let go again.

"I'm glad your here.." She looked into his twinkling eyes, drowning in the sheer depths of them.

"For as long as I live, I'll always be by your side Gale."

"Always?"

"Always."
