This is another thing I noticed while listening to subliminals.
Whenever I listen to subliminals for over 30 minutes or more, my forehead whenever I placed my hand on it, it felt... warm. Like, it's not hot (only a teensy weensy bit I think), but it's not cold either. That's the best way I can describe it.
Well, the electric fans aren't turned on, but I still don't know if that's the reason why though.
If someone can give me an explanation and tell me if it's natural or it could be a sign about the affirmations entering my head, that would be helpful.
