                        ' Not a Friend '

Ch 07

Naruto stands above at the edge of the broken roof, peering down on his friends, his face was disgusted, but looked like he was trying to hold it back. He stood with his hands down at his side, fist clinched, he did not wear the leaf headband, he was dressed in Orochimaru's clothing with the grey top and blue bottom with a light purple rope tied around his waist. He looked his friends in the eyes, but said nothing, they stared at him, but said nothing. Sai, kept his eyes on Naruto, he was watching naruto's every move, if he made a sudden move, Sai was ready to draw his blade and Sprint into action. He did not care for Naruto as his friends did, he wasnt looking at an Allie, he was looking at a jinchuriki. That was it.

The 4 of them stared at each other, witch felt like 100 hours considering they've all been training for years for this specific moment. As Naruto peer down at his old Conrads he couldn't help but to feel "that" feeling again. He hasn't felt it in years, the feeling of his stomach burning, a 20 pound bowling ball on his chest. His thoughts raced with a thousand thoughts at once unable to control them. It was.. it was overbearing, it overshadowed all five if his senses, the only thing that existed at this moment was "that" feeling

Sasuke broke the silence

"NARUTO!!" He yells stretching the "o" in his name as if he's calling out from a distance "this has gone too far, I don't want to fight you, and I don't want to have to beg you. It's been years, please come along with us!"

Naruto didn't say anything at first, he only made intense eye contact

"Naruto, do you wanna know what everyone in the village thinks if you right now?" Sasuke says "they hate you"

Sakura looked over in sasuke's direction "and why would you mention that at a moment like this?" She whispered

"The last time we met, I told you how we felt about you" says Sasuke "but you left anyway, I do not want to fight you, you are my friend, and you're much bigger now, you look like life served you well the past three years, however, if I must fight you today, I will not fight you as a friend, I will fight you as an enemy, I will kill you before I allow Orochimaru to use you Naruto"

"This is the guy you were talking about?" Sai ask Sakura, "the guy that means the world to you?"

"The last time we met?" Ask Naruto. His voice was much mature now, it wasn't so high pitched. "You mean the last time we fought? I have a confession to make.. the last time we fought I wasn't trying to kill you, This time, I cannot promise that" Naruto reached behind for his snake sword

The three leaf ninja gazed upon the sword Naruto so bodly presented, but hearing his next sentence that he uttered is what really sent fear rippling through their spines

"The hidden leaf is not a home"

He pulled it out exposing the blade, with one leap he leaped off the broken roof dashing right for Sasuke

"CLINK!!" Naruto's sword inches away from Sasuke, it was blocked in the knick of time by Sai, who vowed to draw his sword if Naruto moved, saving sasuke's life without realizing it

"H-hes so fast!" Thinks Sasuke

Naruto moved so quickly Sasuke didn't realize he was arms length away from him all of a sudden, he never saw him jump from the roof. But he's in front of him.

"That decision" Naruto calmly said "was the correct decision. Do you know you cannot Dodge this sword?"

Naruto leaps back a few feet

"Do you remember that feeling I told you about when we were younger?" Ask Naruto with an impasse face "the feeling of my body burning from the inside!! The feeling of numbness and pain?!! The feeling you get right before you're Sharingan activates? The bowling ball? I finally know what that feeling Is now. I finally identified it. That feeling.....  Is Hatred!"
