Tobias is a shiny eevee, born and raised in a meadow in the Aximili hills where he lived surrounded by other eevees and eeveelutions.
He has everything- two loving parents, loyal friends, and his good fighting skills, too. Everyone likes him! He loves life and wouldn't change a thing.
His mother, a shiny flareon named Eva, is the leader's daughter, earning Tobias the nickname "Prince". He doesn't see himself as a leader or anything that special, but he has to admit it is somewhat fitting. He's a shiny, after all.
His father Connor, better known by his nickname Tsunami, is the only warrior of the vaporeon eeveelution. Because of his dad's great power, Tobias doesn't get to see his dad much anymore because of heightened security.
