I got a random from Bree early in the morning, telling me to meet her by my locker before first period. She said she was having a 'girl problem' which I presumed she was going to give me an in-depth description about her period and how she needed a tampon or something from me. What a wonderful start to my Wednesday morning!
As planned, I make my way to my locker on my arrival and as discussed, Bree was leaning against the door of my locker scrolling through her phone. I make my way over to her and she glances up when she realises someone is close by her.
"Hey" she says smiling, slipping her phone into her jean pocket.
"Hey" I reply. My lips form into an 'o' shape as I shove my hand into my bag and pull out a tampon. I hold it out to her, "here you go" Bree rolls her eyes socks me in the arm, making me drop the tampon on the floor.
"Jordyn, why an earth did you just try and hand me a tampon?" she chuckles.
Shrugging "I just presumed that it was the lady problem you was talking about in the text", I pick up the tampon off the floor but not fast enough for queen orangutans liking.
"Jordyn, you didn't have to enlighten everyone by showing off your tampons to let all the boys know you're not open for business. I'm sure they wouldn't want to touch you anyway to avoid getting diseases from a slag like you" sneers Arianna from across the hall. Her minion Orangutans all giggle like three year olds.
"Your one to talk about being a slag" Bree snaps, glaring at Arianna.
Arianna smirks and flips her off, "honey, at least I can admit I'm a slag" I seriously don't know why she feels admitting she's a slag makes it any better. Besides what has being a slag got to do with a bloody tampon. No pun intended.
Arianna and her Orangutans walk off down the hall bitching and sneering at me and Bree. I roll my eyes and turn my attention back to Bree. "Anyway, what was this 'girl problem' you wanted to talk about?"
Bree bites her lip and giggles nervously. "Well you'll never guess who got talking to me after Monday at lunch, you know when we was all complaining about Mrs Fisher"
"Who?" I ask opening my locker to switch out my books.
"Caleb, he text me saying 'hey today was good at lunch' and then we just got talking from there. He's so sweet and funny" she says, blushing slightly at the thought of Caleb.
"Oh boy, someone's got it baaaaad" I laugh and she pouts and socks me again in the arm. "Ow - hey! Enough with the arm socking, I'm gonna get one helluva bruise if you keep doing it in the same place every time I see you" Bree throws her head back and laughs.
"Sorry" she laughs, "but I don't have it bad. I'm still getting to know him yet but there is potential" we both smile at one another, I'm happy for her.
"Potential for who?" a male voice says as one arm snakes round my neck and other round Bree's neck. We both turn our heads to see Caleb's cheeky grin. We both push away Caleb's arm and he pouts from the dismissal of his contact.
"Obviously mine" I lie, rolling my eyes at Caleb. Bree nods in agreement and jokingly wraps her arms round my waist, buying in to the joke we are pulling on Caleb. Caleb's eyes light up and he licks his lips. Bad Caleb.
"Sweet!" Caleb smirks and glances round for another poor soul to embarrass. My heart sinks as Grayson begins to walk towards us. I was still incredibly confused about what had happened yesterday and wanted to avoid him as much as possible even though I knew it would hurt the pair of us. I just can't feel anything for him otherwise it will kill us both. As I would become a weapon against him for Razor and Grayson would be a weapon against me for my Parent's gang.
