I'm worried about Eddie today and it being the 4th of July. We're planning to drive into town for the celebration.
"Baby, go and shower we're going into the near town to spend 4th of July there." I tell him. Eddie runs upstairs. Stan and Bill come downstairs.
"So, how was the sex this time?" I seductively question.
"Shut up, Richard!" Stan yells.
Bev laughs.
"We're leaving in an hour!" Mike shouts. I head up to me and Eddie's room to get some clothes out. I know it's going to be colder tonight.
"Richie!" Eddie yells, dragging out the 'e.' I walk into the bathroom.
"Yes?"
"Can I borrow a hoodie?" He asks in the sweetest voice. I know how he acts.
"You know it's going to be hot during the day. Put on a shirt first and then I'll give you one. You don't have to ask." I tell him. He smiles. I give him a quick kiss before hopping in the shower myself.
*9:00 am*
"Are we all ready?" Bev asks.
"Yes!" Everyone yells. Eddie's a little quiet. I know why it just worries me a little.
"Eddie, smile. I know you're a little worried about the firework but I just want to let you know that I'll protect you, okay?"
"Okay. I love you!"
