"I take it, you've never been to the other dimension." I held the covers just enough the cover my breasts.

"No, I haven't."

"Do you want to know about it?"

"Yes." He answered.

"Well, it's just like this except there are no Kings of Queens or lady's maid or Lords, or Madames... Just say titles are no longer a thing. There are these buildings filled with lights. But their lights aren't torches. It's this electrical thing. They dont have carriages they have different cars that you yourself can drive unless you're a celebrity and-"

"A celebrity?"

"It's like a King and Queen."

"They have chefs as we do but most people go out on the streets to buy food that's already made with lots of bad oils, and the food makes you gain."

"I take it you cooked."

"Actually, it was Leonard and I."

"Who's Leonard?"

"He was a very close friend of mine that decided to come to the other dimension with me."

"Attendez." He sat up. "Why did you leave Avallon?"

"I had to leave Avallon because my parents had enemies that were out to get me."

"Why you?"

"Let's just say the people that wanted to kill me had the same reasons as your father. Anyways, their leader didn't like that I became the Queen of Avallon because I'm what is known as a sorceress. My mother placed a hidden spell on Avallon that would only stand for a certain amount of time. Barton was given a time as to when the time runs out. Throughout the time, my mother grew very sick, and my father went out to look for the only flower that can keep her alive but the leader of the Trophet army killed the flower alongside my father. I was the only heir in line to be Queen. When I was a child, my parents arranged a marriage with Travis. My parents died at 15 so I had to grow up very quickly. At 18 I got married to Travis and neither one of us had a problem with that because we were friends and we had Aladar at age 19. At 21 I was crowned as Queen Arya Thompson of Avallon and King Travis Williams of Avallon." I inhaled and exhaled. "At age 25 Travis was murdered at a parade and the murderer was hanged the same night Travis had died. At age 23 I had to leave Avallon in the hands of Lord Weylyn and Barton because the time had run out. As long as I'm not in Avallon, the kingdom isn't in danger. So I had to be put in a different dimension. I left with Daisy, Leonard, and Michael. My memory was blocked for my own safety and it worked until they found me. The reason Daisy Leonard and Michael accompanied me was that I needed people close to me that were around my age to blend in as my friend group. I spent six years in the other dimension, they found me, I got my memory back, I was brought back here while Michael, Leonard, and Daisy stayed to keep them back."

"That's a lot to take in."

"Yes, it is. I also had Aladar here in Avallon. When I got back I had to evacuate the kingdom and gather my troops. We stayed on an empty grassland and waited. I gave a speech before we went into battle. And that was my first battle. I fought in it because I felt it was right to fight for the ones taken from me."

He pulled me closer to lay on his chest.

"During the battle, I lost 3,629 men. We won the battle...but I lost 3,629 men." I laid my head on his chest drawing silly nothings on his chest with my pointer. "Including Leonard. A few weeks later, you come in. You marry me for my companies and I marry you for the people of Avallon."
