As Y/N steps into school, she pushes past the swallowing crowd of students and makes her way to the library.
She needs to find out as much as she can about these ninja.
She walks into the room of silence and immediately begins scanning books down each shelf.
Here's Y/N's theory, and a slight problem-
If there is the coincidence that Jay is on the team, it's likely they're around the same age as him: 16-18 at least. Now unless there's a 30 year old in that team, all books in this library don't give any information about the present time. The latest books tell you about 40 years ago.
Most of the time Y/N never witnessed the countless city destructing battles between the ninja and villains. She has barely seen them at all in person (aside from that one thing with Cole yesterday and a few other distant encounters). Basically all information she has, she was told about. She doesn't know a thing about their powers either.
The only thing she knows is that they're elemental masters of something and they beat bad guys up for a living.
Would talking to her history teacher help..?
Ah, whatever. Class is gonna start soon anyway.
Is it a coincidence Y/N's first class is history?

Y/N waves to her friends and begins walking down the road. She stares at the homework in her hands, wondering how she'd get a whole stack done in two days.
Guess she's not wandering around the city today.
With her bag heavy from piles of work, Y/N trudges towards her house as quickly as possible.

The peaceful atmosphere of outside slows
Y/N down from her pasted walking. A buzz goes off in her pocket and she checks her phone.
Mum:
Gonna be home by midnight. Don't do anything stupid.
4:12 pm
:Me
Yes, I won't.
4:12 pm
And yet another text erupts from her phone.
Dad:
Need to get work finished. Not coming home today. I'll be back tomorrow
4:13 pm
:Me
Where are you staying then?
4:13 pm
Dad:
Work. You're allowed to stay over there.
4:14 pm
:Me
Mkay.
4:15 pm
Y/N is getting the idea that her parents are drifting farther and farther away from her. This got her annoyed
Is she that irrelevant in their lives?
Why choose to have a kid if you're not gonna look after them properly?!
The rage in her gets stronger, whilst her hands glows in the same light as last night for a split second, just fainter.
Y/N sighs. She's probably over-reacting about everything. She's told she does that a lot anyway.
With enough time already wasted, Y/N runs the rest of the way to her house.

It's now 7:00 PM, and Y/N has just about finished half of her homework.
While finishing a paragraph, the pen drops from her hand suddenly and her arm slumps to her side. The look in Y/N's eyes is nothing but lifeless and blank. Tears prick them but she just sits there, still and silent
