The choice

Jan knocked on the door with Harmony. "Don't knock" she smiled pushing the handle down and walking in Jan followed and they walked into the living room they stopped to see Ruby and Lev asleep on the sofa together Harmony smiled and walked into the kitchen using her stool to get herself a drink "would you like one?" She asked looking at Jan "I'm okay thank you sweetie" she said just then Ruby's eyes opened and she sat up slowly "sorry I didn't realise you were back" she said her eyes puffy from crying "are you alright I've seen you in a better state" said Jan she nodded "probably have been in a better state to be honest" she said. Lev woke up and sat up with her "are you alright?" He asked she nodded and looked at Jan "is Harmony alright back her it's 8pm I thought you might want her back for school?" She asked Ruby looked at the clock "oh wow I didn't realise I've been asleep for hours" she said standing up "what do you want for dinner sweet? Something quick" she said "she's had McDonalds" smiled Jan Ruby smiled "thank you so much" she said looking at Jan she smiled and hugged her "you sure your alright" asked Jan she nodded and Jan held her tightly "I want to talk to you" said Ruby in Jans shoulder "talk to me" said Jan "I'm pregnant" she said quietly so nobody but Jan could hear. "Oh sweetheart, it's alright" she said holding her tighter "I want it to be alright" she cried so quietly in her shoulder Lev got up and held Harmony's hand "shall we go and get you ready for bed?" He asked she nodded and hugged Ruby from behind "night mummy" she said holding Levs hand and walking upstairs with him. Jan held Ruby at arms length "what's wrong" she asked wiping her eyes "I'm scared, scared that it will different" she cried "because Harmony isn't your own?" She asked Ruby nodded "you listen to me alright you wipe those eyes and plaster a smile back on your face because this isn't the Ruby I know and love, the Ruby I know and love has an answer for every situation" she said Ruby shook her head "not this one I don't" she cried "come on" said Jan sitting down with her and hugging her "you know what you've got to do deep down" she said "do I?" She asked Jan nodded and kissed her head. "I need to speak to Lev" she said Jan nodded "what are you going to do?" Asked Jan pushing her hair out of her face "what's right" said Ruby she nodded and smiled kissing her cheek "go on I'll see myself out" she said Ruby smiled and Jan left and she walked upstairs she walked into her room and put her pyjamas. Lev walked in and smiled at her "alright?" He asked she nodded "we're going to have a baby" she said he smiled and she cracked half a smile he shut the door and walked forward pushing her back on the bed hugging her "I love you" he said she smiled "I love you too" she said kissing his cheek. He kissed her lips and she kissed him back things started to get a little bit hearted when Lev stopped "Harmony's awake" he said smiling Ruby bit her lip "just be quiet" she smiled kissing him again he smirked "I love you so so much" he said kissing her neck.
