Kakyoin and Jotaro had left yesterday. Hitomi came from work a few hours later, making you dinner. The next morning, you woke up feeling quite miserable. You stumbled to the bathroom to grab a
thermometer and checked your temperature.

103.0°F

You groaned tiredly, putting the thermometer away and slowly walking down the stairs, gripping onto the railing. Once you reached downstairs, you almost fell to your knees, feeling weak. You put your hand on a wall for support, still stumbling to the kitchen. You were pretty starving so you tried to make yourself a quick meal.

You grabbed onto the fridge handle, attempting to open the fridge door. But before you could, your vision gradually became more blurry, and darker. You collapsed onto the ground, finally blacking out. You could hear the heavy rain coming from outside, and nothing else.

Jotaro and you usually hung out everyday, either at his house or yours. But today you weren't here, and you weren't answering his texts. Kakyoin, still being new to you and Jotaro, felt something was up and had a strong urge to check up on you. Two of the men walked to your house, coincidentally meeting each other.

"What are you doing at Y/N's house?" Jotaro snarled slightly. "Oh. I just wanted to check up on Y/N-Chan, I feel like there's something wrong.." Kakyoin said, a bit fearful after Jotaro had slightly snapped at him. Jotaro fumbled with his keys, finding the key to your house. He swiftly unlocked the door, swinging the door open. Both of them walked in, hanging up their rain coats, then looking around. Jotaro was slightly confused, knowing that you were always alert and would've known someone was in the house. You didn't go anywhere without him either. Kakyoin walked to the kitchen, gasping at the sight. "Y-Y/N-Chan?!" He waved his hand, signaling for Jotaro to come.

Jotaro's eyes widened in shock, immediately picking you up in his large arms. He carried you to your room, sure not to bump into any walls. Kakyoin, still downstairs, found a towel, soaked it and found some medicine as well. He quickly ran up the stairs.

Jotaro sat next to you, his hands resting on his face. He looked worried. Kakyoin quickly placed the towel on your forehead, dabbing softly. His eyes were full of worry as well, sighing in sadness. It had been well over an hour, and you finally woke up.

Your vision was still blurry, but you managed to see two young men, one with pink hair, and one with a black cap.
"..Jojo..? Kakyoin..?"
"Y/N-Chan!" Kakyoin exhaled deeply in relief. Jotaro shut his eyes for a moment, grateful that nothing bad had happened to you.
"Are you feeling okay?" The pink haired asks, pouring some medicine in a spoon.
"Ugh... Not really.. My head still hurts.."
Kakyoin lifts up your head slowly, putting the spoon to your mouth. You took a quick whiff, making a face in disgust.
"C'mon, you need the medicine to make you feel better!" You hesitated for a moment, slowly gulping down the nasty fluid. Jotaro watched as you took the medicine, feeling a small pang of jealousy. He always had a crush on you, too afraid to tell you. He could tell you weren't big on relationships and had no feelings for him. He sighed in defeat.

Jotaro's phone ringed, checking it to see it was his mom calling.
"Yeah?.. Yeah yeah. I'm coming, good grief woman."
He hung up, looking back at you. "I gotta go," he said quietly. "Okay."
He placed a hand on yours, rubbing your hand slightly. "Take care." He mumbles, before leaving.

Kakyoin softly places your head back on your pillow. "You should rest," He says, before getting up. "I'll go make some soup." He walks out, but before he could, you grabbed his hand. You reddened. "Wait..! Stay.." You mumbled, looking away. You felt the weird presence again, but you were so weak at the moment you wanted someone to stay with you. He smiled warmly. "Okay."

You lay there, not realizing Kakyoin was on the other side of the bed, laying as well. You slowly began to drift off, scooting closer to Kakyoin. His blushed, but smiled softly. The pink haired played with your H/C hair, until you finally fell asleep. He wrapped an arm around you, deciding to stay where he was for a little while.

He placed a quick kiss on top of your head, before drifting off to sleep as well. He hadn't known you for long, but he felt this warm, gleeful feeling in his heart. It made his heart beat faster, and it was a good sensation.
