Alright today's the day or so I thought.
Just as I take both of my shoes off.
There was but a girl short as can be,
Sitting there just before me.

Her back was facing me,
While she sighed heavily.
But then she didn't notice me,
Despite myself, I go and scream.

❝Hey don't do it, please❞

The short girl glanced at me,
Droplets of tears in her eyes, I can see.
She was sitting there at the edge,
When she was about to reach the end.

Looking at her I breathed heavily,
Knowing the feeling of being lonely.
The short girl told me her woes,
You've probably heard it before.

❝Everyone ignores me,❞

❝They leave me still.❞

❝I'll never fit with anyone here.❞

I bit my lip and sighed again,
I don't even want to pretend.
She don't know what it feels,
To be left entirely.

To be honest I was somewhat pissed,
This opportunity that I missed.
I know it hurts her like before,
We also had the same woes.

❝For God's sakes please, are you serious? I just can't believe!❞

❝That for some stupid reasons you got before me?!❞

❝Cause even so, you're still loved by everyone at home,❞

❝Be thankful, cuz' there's dinner waiting at the table you know?❞

The short girl stood up properly,
She faced me and smiled at me.
Wiping all the tears in her eyes I see,
Maybe she wasn't really that lonely.

❝I'm feeling hungry.❞

She said as she shed a tear,
She stood up and beamed at me.
The short girl as can be,
She disappeared.
