Out Alone In The Woods

Deep in the woods, where the impossible is possible, there was a boy. His name was Logan, he was the most handsome and, in some ways, strangest there was to have ever lived. He wasn't like other people, he really didn't fit in and didn't have a lot of friends. You'd think he was just a normal 17-year-old boy, but he was far from it. He was a werewolf.

Though Logan never really had the idea of love, he started to develop feelings for someone. Though, he couldn't find a way to tell them. In Logan's free time he would go for a run every day when he got home from school for hours at a time spanning miles through the woods. One day after school, he went for his run as usual, but something happened as he was walking back home. As his heart began to slow, he spotted someone that caused his heart to race once again, it was his crush, Jullian.

His hair was long and dark, with a purple streak. Logan thought it was the hottest thing about Jullian. But the thing is, Logan is not sure that Jullian likes him back. Logan said to himself,

"It doesn't hurt to ask him and I had a crush on him since the seventh grade! But I highly doubt he likes me. Whether he liked me or not, the number one law of being a werewolf is that werewolves can't be in love with humans."

Logan didn't know what to do. Should he tell Jullian that he has feelings for him and break his kind's most sacred law, or just keep his distance? Little did Logan know, Jullian was walking towards him. His anxiety was starting to escalate. He and Jullian have never really talked, Logan was terrified. He quickly jumped into some bushes that were close by, luckily Jullian didn't see him and walked past him. Logan popped his head out of the bushes to make sure the coast was clear, he was relieved that it was. Then, one of Logan's friends snuck up behind him and made him jump when she shouted,

"Hey Logan!" it was his best friend in the whole world, Cassidy. She's his only human friend that knows he's a werewolf. Logan sighed in relief,

"oh, hey Cassidy, you scared me," he said

"Sorry about that I didn't mean to scare you," she replied.

"What are you doing here at my house anyway Cassidy?" he asked, a bit concerned.

"Well, I saw you heading home from your run and also saw Jullian walking towards you. Why don't you just tell him how you feel? Like you've had a crush on him since the fucking seventh grade," she said.

"I doubt he even knows I exist!" he said. With a sigh, he continued, "I will tell him eventually. Just, the thing is, he's really cute and I don't want to fuck things up between me and him."

Cassidy gave Logan a menacing look. "What?!" he questioned.

"How could you possibly fuck things up between you two?" she replied.

Logan opened his mouth to reply but was cut off abruptly. "Ummm... Logan?" Cassidy said trying to get Logan's attention.

"Yeah?" Logan said.

"Are you ok?" She asked.

"Yeah, Why?" Logan said. "Well, you might want to look down at your pants."

Logan looks down and sees something in his pants, in a way, grow. "Holy fuck! You saw nothing!" he exclaimed.

"Oh, I saw something, just talk to him what do you have to lose?" said Cassidy. "I can't, remember it's sacred werewolf law!" he said, almost yelling.

"You told me that a werewolf and a human can't date, you didn't say that you two couldn't be friends. There is a difference," explained Cassidy.
