"...zod... Dazod... Dazod!" A voice called out. "Open your eyes Dazod!"

Dazod slowly opened his red eyes and his vision slowly cleared. "Hmm...? What...?" He muttered.

'Wait... that's right!' He quickly sat up. "Esme?!"

"Sir, please calm down!" A voice said. Dazod looked next to him and noticed his friend.

"Lothren? What are you doing here?"

"You said to come look for you if you had been gone for more than a day, and guess what it's been more than a day." Lothren said.

"Damn... how long have I been out?" He asked. "My head hurts like shit..." Dazod put his hand on his forehead and noticed a liquid was on it. He brought it down and noticed blood covering it.

"I don't know, but when I found you you were under a pile of rubble and passed out." Lothren explains. "I took you out and laid you down."

"And where's Esme?" Day asked.

"Who's Esme?" Lothren asked.

"It's someone I met here! Sekhaz must've taken her! Damn it!" Day yelled.

"W-Wait a human?! A-And hold on! I saw Sekhaz enter the portal before I came to get you. So there's still time." Lothren says.

"Then why are we sitting here let's go-"

"Calm down! Or you'll hurt yourself even more!" The blue horned demon yelled.

"No! There's no time! She'll die if we don't hurry!" The red horned one yelled.

Lothren bit his lip before sighing. "Do as you will, your majesty. I'm with you no matter what..."

"Then let's go kill a demon." There was hate in his voice and murderous look in his eyes.

They both grew their wings and flew upward, until Day noticed something, shining in his eye. He feared that he knew what it was and flew down to see it.

Just as he suspected... it was her hair clip.

"Dazod?! What is it?!" The other male yelled.

He picked up the pieces and looked at them. '"I believed maybe... I could be loved too...'" Her words rang in his head.

"It's nothing... let's go!" Dazod yelled.

Once he flew back up to Lothren, Lothren's eyes widened. "S-Sir-"

"I said let's go." He demanded before flying off.

'I've never seen Day care about something so much... and it's a human nonetheless... what did this mortal do to make him cry over her?' Lothren thought.

~

Sekhaz had taken Esme to the demon dimension, as he walked in demon's stared startled at what he had in his arms. After all some of them had never seen an actual human before.

The captain of the demon army, also known as Anaxor walked up to him.

"Sekhaz. What do you have here?" The captain asked.

"Oh nothing special~ just a human that the Prince has been with and hasn't killed yet~" The silver horned demon said with a smirk.

"That's nonsense! Sir Dazod would never go to the human world! He also would never let a human see him." Anaxor said, his voice loud and angered.

"Believe what you will." The silver horned demon then whispered into the brown horned demon's ear. "But think of it this way. Where has the heir been all this time? Why hasn't anyone seen him and why has the portal been opened?" The male smirked.

The older male remained still. "Ah!" He shouted, a sword then appeared in his hands. Anaxor was about to stab through the purple hooded girl's chest until Sekhaz stopped him.

"Wait just a moment." He said. "Why don't we saver this? Lock this girl up, watch her go insane and then we can watch her bleed. She is a simple human after all."

"Hmm..." The female mumbled something. It seemed she was about to become conscious.

Both males looked at each other. The one with the brown eyes and a scowl sighed. "Do what you must. She shall be yours to kill anyways."

Sekhaz smirked. "I know exactly where to put her."

~

"Hmm...?" A girl mumbled, opening her eyes. It was dark. Wait... Sekhaz... and Day!

She sat up and noticed Sekhaz by a door, he smirked. "We'll keep you in here for the time being." He said.

"No!-" Esme was about to run out the door but it slammed shut. She placed her head on it and banged her fist on it. "Open it! Open the door! Please!"

'The dark... it's like that place again... I hate the dark...' The girl slowly fell to her knees, her fists weakening into flat hands and she covered her teary golden eyes. 'No... Day...'

~

'This is strange... the monsters are gone... Sekhaz must've been controlling them and they all must've followed him into the portal.' Day landed on the ground, Ren following suit.

"Let's go." Dazod said in a stern tone. He walked through the portal, and Lothren followed after him, he stayed quiet.

'Just what is this man thinking...?' The blue horned demon thought.

There was luckily no one around the portal, and thank goodness, since both Day and Ren would be in a load of trouble.

"Now where is Sekhaz?" Day asked himself, his teeth clenched in anger.

"Looking for someone?" A voice asked. Both Dazod and Lothren looked up at the male who was swinging a key ring around his finger.

"You-!"

"Ah, ah, ah~!" He wagged his opposite finger. "I pull the strings here. Remember, I have your little girlfriend somewhere, and I could easily kill her." He said with a smirk.

"Damn you! Where is she?!"

"If I told you that, our little game would be no fun." Sekhaz said with a fake pout.

"What are you trying to say?" Dazod asked, irritated.

"I'm simply trying to get you to play a fun game. And it looks like our pal Lothren is playing too! How fun!" Sekhaz said with a smirk.

"Just tell us your rules." The dark skin male said.

"So impatient, as usual. Well if you really want to know the rules then I'll tell ya'! There's a prize some where within your castle, Day. If you can find your little prize within an hour you win. But if you can't find it-" The male smirked. "The prize dies."

"That 'prize' is the girl isn't it?" Ren asked.

"Yup! So smart!" Sekhaz said. "Also here's the thing, you can't use your special powers or weapons, you also can't use your wings either. But since you're so short on time I'll give you this." The male dropped something, which Dazod caught.

It was a key. To one of many rooms in his castle.

"Well, see ya'! And remember, one hour." He cackled before flying off.

"Lord Dazod you're not seriously-"

"I'm going to find her. If it's the last thing I do. I don't care about any lord rules at this point! I don't care if she's a human! I'm going to find her!" Day yelled.

"I see... then I shall come with you." Lothren said.

"Eh?"

"I'm with you until the end." He said with a smirk.

"Thank you... Ren."
