Liam had an amused expression on his face while Kayla, Cameron, and I were rapping the lyrics to Rap God by Eminem. Well, Kayla and I were mostly mumbling random words. Cameron how ever, was bragging about the fact that he knew the really fast part.

"I don't believe you, Cameron. You're bluffing!" Kayla rolled her eyes as the song went on. Cameron put a hand on his heart as if offened.

"Wow," he scoffed, "Well then, I guess your just gonna have to hear it." He smirked knowingly as he waited for the fast part. Right before the part came, Cameron took a deep breath...

"Uh, sama lamaa duma lamaa you assuming I'm a human What I gotta do to get it through to you I'm superhuman Innovative and I'm made of rubber So that anything you say is ricocheting off of me and it'll glue to you I'm devastating, more than ever demonstrating How to give a motherbleepin audience a feeling like it's levitating Never fading, and I know that the haters are forever waiting For the day that they can say I fell off, they'd be celebrating'Cause I know the way to get 'em motivated I make elevating music, you make elevator music..."

Kayla screamed excitedly as he finished, huffing deep breaths in and out. My eyes grew wide. I couldn't even understand what he just said. Cameron smiled proudly.

"Told ya," he winked. Kayla was utterly speechless as she popped another peice of popcorn into her mouth, shaking her head in disbelife. I smile and shove his shoulder.

"What can't you do, Cameron Storm?" I raise an eyebrow. His eyes flicker over to mine, sparkling.

"I'm Cameron Storm, I can do everything. I'm just that awesome," he mocked.

"Egotistical much?" I mutter, stealing a handful of his popcorn.

"Heyyy!" he complained, snatching his container back. I wink and shove the handful into my mouth. We were all currently sitting in Kayla's room, eating a whole bunch of junk food. Kayla was sprawled across her bed, while Liam was slouching on a bean bag, watching cameron and I bicker while sitting crossed legged on the ground. Cameron was actaully fun to be around. I could see what Cassia saw in him all those years ago. All the gloomyness that once filled my mind was imedently pushed out of me, just from Cameron's presence.

"I'll go get you some more popcorn if you'd like, Carmen," Liam offered, standing up from his seat. I nod my head like an eager child and hand him my now empty bowl.

"Yes please!" I beam. He chuckles and takes the bowl, and slips out of the room. "Thank you, love!" I call after him. I hear him reply back but I couldn't make out what he said.

"So, whaddoyou wanna do?" Cameron asked Kayla and I as the room feel silent. I shrug as Kayla jumps up from the bed.

"Let's play truth or dare!" she exclaimed, clapping her hands together.

"You read my mind," Cameron squinted at her, pointing an accusing finger. She giggled.

"Let me just got to the bathroom real quick and then we'll play," she said, also slipping out of the room. That left just Cameron and I, in awkward silence. I pretend to study my chipped nails when Cameron lifted my phone to check the time. But as soon as he looked at the screen saver, his smile dropped and a clouded look formed in his usually bright eyes. I peek over his shoulder to see what darkened his mood. The picture was of Cassia and I at Disney world, infront of Cinderella's castle. Cameron just stared at it blankly.

"Did you love my sister?" I blurt without thinking. Cameron's eyes shoot up to mine and his face wavered.

"I-" he started, trying to form the right words, "I don't know." He looked down at his hands and set the phone faced down on the ground. He continued.

"I was young and rushing into the relationship before I even knew what love was. I was so eager to love someone that I thought it was time for us to get married. But looking back at it, I was foolish. I wasn't ready to get married and Cassia for sure wasn't either." He stared at the wall while talking, his has was blank. His chest heaved up and down as his eyes wavered, crazed.

I clench my jaw and look away. I felt bad. My parenst blamed him for Cassia's death and they also blamed me. Though I knew it was neither of our faults, I still felt horrible. Cameron was young. He thought he was madly in love. I can't even imagine how he feels now. My stomach twisted as he finally looked at me.

"My parents blame me for her death," I whisper quietly as his eyes raked my face. I saw him, shift his jaw, eyes darkening even more.

"They shouldn't. It was my fault, If only I hadn't-"

"Hey, don't speak like that. Cassia knew what she was doing. She knew that flying all the way to California by herself would be dangerous-"

"Yeah but she probably didn't think it would be life threatening! She flew to her death because of me! Because of my foolish, ignorant, self!" he fists clenched as something in him snapped and fire lit his eyes. It scared me. But the crazed look was gone as soon as it came. He blinked rappidly and slowly unclenched his fists while looking away.

"Let's talk about something else," he suggested, the smile returning to his face as if he hadn't looked murderous just a second ago. I blink.

"Uh, y-yeah. Sure," I stuttered. Cameron's eyes were sparkly again and his smile was toothy. There was something wrong. Very wrong.

"What's your favorite color?" he suddenly asked, staring at me. I let out a shaky breath, brushing off his sudden mood swing.

"Burgundy. What about you?" I ask, trying to lighten the mood. He smirked.

"Red. The two colors are close," he pointed out right as Liam and Kayla walked in.

"What two colors are close?" Kayla wondered, sitting cross legged beside Cameron as Liam plopped down on the other side of me, handing me a large bowl of popcorn.

"Ooo, thank you," I told him, throwing a peice in my mouth. He smiled and watched me.

"Red and burgundy. They're close in color," Cameron told Kayla. Liam nods.

"They sure are," he mumbled. Cameron glanced at Liam as Liam glared at him. For a second, Cameron's face shifted from cheery to annoyed but he quickly shook the look away.

"You don't like me very much," he pointed with a small fake smile. Liam cocks an eyebrow.

"Nope." He said. Cameron stared him straight in the eye, a smirk playing on his face.

"The feeling is mutual," he muttered, without the cherryness in his voice.

"Good," Liam growled, grtitting his teeth. Cameron smiled and looked around.

"Damn, the tension in this room is enough to make me wanna die," he chuckled. Liam popped a peaice of my popcorn in his mouth and swallowed.

"Then die," he said, looking at Cameron. Cameron waves a hand and ignores him as he truns to Kayla.

"Aight, let's play truth or dare."
