Unlike every other Grounder, Noora wasn't born one of them. In fact, she was born in space, on the Ark, which was where she called home until the age of eight. But all that was to change for the young girl when her father made an erratic move one morning, stealing a pod and blasting the two of them down to earth, changing their fates forever.

Having decided Noora was too young to die, the Grounders killed her father instead, leaving her to navigate this hostile environment all by herself.

It took Noora many years to come to terms with her new identity. The Grounders made her change her name to Nova, trained her to fight to the death and tried to make her forget about her life in space. Now, at eighteen, she has just become comfortable with her identity and the people she now calls family.

But that's all to change when she notices a dropship, similar to that she came to Earth on, descending onto Trikru land from space. Branded as the 'Sky People' by the Grounders, Nova is banned from coming into contact with them after an incident. She does want to avoid any conflict happening within herself or her people, but sometimes that's impossible when John Murphy gets captured by her people, and Nova's curiosity gets the better of her.

i do not own any of the 100 characters or the plot apart from my own characters and the plots i decide to create. i'm also using a trigedaslator website to translate english to trig, so translations may not be 100% accurate and any translations i use are credit to the website. i'm british, so my writing will be in british-english rather than american-english, sorry for any inconvenience!

i have also slightly changed some of the events from the show, for example, murphy is captured by the grounders for longer than three days in this book, unlike in the show, and the timeline in between season one and three is slightly longer than in the show
