Morikubo knocked on Shoutan's door because his kohai told him to come and help him.
" Yo, Shoutan "
His senpai greeted him when the door was opened revealing Shouta with a small smile " H-hey, Morikubo-nii "

Morikubo raise one eyebrow " heeh? What's wrong? Got morning sickness again do you? " his senpai asked him and Shouta slowly nodded " yes and it happen everytime i woke up in the morning..then i-i feel some weird feelings in my stomach. " he said as he look at his nii-san who nodding in understanding

" okay okay, i get it. Looks like i've got something for you " morikubo searched inside a plastic bag he just brought from a mini market then he show his kohai the thing: Pregnancy Test.

Shouta eyes widen slightly " w-wha? P-pregnancy test? " Morikubo only nodded and he handed it to him " Yes, you said you always get morning sickness everytime soo..maybe i should give you this. "

Shoutan gulped and take the box " s-should i check it now? " he asked and his nii-san only nodded " yup " the younger man nodded and go to the bathroom while the other is sit on his couch waiting for the result.

' i heard that Shouta is an Omega...is that right? If it's right then..i'm sure he will get pregnant even thought he's a male Omega but, who is responsible for this? '

Morikubo thought hard in his head and after a few minutes, he heard a scream from the bathroom so he quickly rushed to the bathroom only to find Shouta on his knees on the floor holding the test in his hand.

" S-Shouta..?! "
Shouta keep his head down and he sobbed. Morikubo decided to take the test and take a look at it: Positive.
His eyes widen and look at the younger man " Y-..You're..P-pregnant, Shouta.."

Shouta only sobbed hard: he can't believe it. He's pregnant and the baby is a intimate between him and...his own Senpai. Morikubo slowly put the test on the sink and approached his kohai

" Neh, Shouta...don't cry " he said softly and hold the crying man closer to him. Shouta is not ready to be a parents yet...he's not Ready. While soothing his kohai, Morikubo also remember something from a book he read about {Omegaverse}:

Omega males can usually get pregnant(called male-pregnancy or m-preg), and this can spark many different types of relationships and interactions among characters.

So it was true...Aoi Shouta is a Omega all this time. His hand gently caressed his crying kohai head

Shouta wipe his tears away " b-but..t-this child is me and M-Mamo-nii's.." Morikubo eyes widen slightly and he take a deep breath: So, Mamo is the one who should responsible for Shoutan's pregnancy.

" Don't worry Shouta...we will make him responsible for this, okay? "
He said softly and notice that the younger man is caressed his own tummy. Aoi Shouta is Pregnant...

" what?! W-what do you mean?! "

" Yes, Shouta..Miyano-kun suddenly got his feet injured and now he's at the hospital. If you want to see him, i can take you to him " Shimono said to him. Shouta hand turned into fist

" t-take me to him.! "

Mamo was laying on the hospital bed, his feet is injured and he groaned in a bit pain " hahh..." he sighed and heard the door was open slowly

" oh, ho-? "

Shouta. His eyes widen seeing the younger man visiting him. " Mamo-nii... " the younger man whisper softly and approached him. " Shouta..."

Mamo suddenly grab the hand of his kohai " Shouta...i-i heard you were Pregnant..because of me..is that right? "

Shouta look down but nodded
" y-yes. " Mamo take a deep breath, " come, lay next to me. The bed is big enough for the two of us " he demanded and Shouta did what his senpai told and lay beside him.

" I'm sorry...Shouta. " his senpai said, holding the younger man hand tightly. Shouta only look at his senpai and his other hand slowly touch his hair

" M-Mamo-nii...its okay. "
Shouta said with a ... SMILE!! Mamo peeked and his eyes widen seeing the Smile " S-Shouta. "

His kohai smiled at him warmly " Mamo-nii..i'm sorry for doing this things to you. " Mamo only shaked his head and hug him

" No. Its okay..Shouta, I..I love You "

Shoutan eyes widen and teary, " I love you, Shouta. I really love you...you are important to me "
Mamo said with full of passion and cup his cheeks " Shouta, i promise.. i will responsible for this. I will protect you at all costs...i will stay by your side forever that's why.. " Mamo scooted closer and whisper

" Marry Me..."

Shouta eyes widen more and he started to sobbed at happiness

" y-yes, yes..i marry you " he said with a smile and Mamo smile too at him " i finally..can make you smile again, Shouta. I LOVE YOU "

Shouta and Mamo laughed together, enjoying the time they made together now. A ring on their fingers, Mamo decided to tease his lover by peck his nose make the younger man laughed and they both fall gently on the green grass along with the winds passing through.

" Shouta...i love you "

Shouta smiled and hold his senpai close " I..I love you too.

Forever. "

Then, a sound of baby crying was heard. The baby has a beautiful appearance and the other one has a charming appearance.

" nice seeing you, my Angels..~ "
