Jieun took a deep breath before entering the examination hall.
"Hey Eun, all prepared?"
"Of course she's prepared dumbo. Who in their right mind, would come to give their exams without preparing??"
"Well, I was just asking... there's always a possibility of missing out something or even worse...you might end up studying the wrong subject."
"Seriously Bomin, not everyone is like you. Studying the wrong subject for the exam... only you do it."
"Hey, it was just once!"
"Hm.... that too the mid-term exam, which you barely managed to pass. Right no issues. Absolutely none."
"Ya! Why would you bring that up?"
"Let's see. Maybe because if it was not for a certain someone almost failing his mid-term exam, I wouldn't have gotten scolded by mom and grounded for 2 weeks!"
"Well then you should've told me what subject's exam it was. Your fault." Bomin said nonchalantly.
"Wah.... Eun, did you hear what he said? Aish, I shouldn't have helped him in the exam. It would've been better had you failed." Jisoo said shaking her head.
"Doesn't change the fact that you would've gotten scolded by mom either way." Bomin said shrugging.
"Ya, Choi Bomin!" "What is it, Choi Jisoo?"
Jieun looked at both the siblings glaring at each other, and sighed. "Can you two stop already? I'm as it is nervous and you two have the energy to argue?"
Jisoo turned to Jieun."What are you getting nervous for Eun? Don't worry. You've studied hard for this. I know, you'll do great."
"Yeah, you should instead be thinking about helping me out in the exam." Bomin said smiling.
"Bomin!"
"What?"
"Ignore him..." "Hey!" "...Where is your brother? Isn't he coming to wish you luck?" Jisoo said glancing around as Bomin took the opportunity to put his arm around Jieun.
"He did say, he'll come.... but I don't know why he isn't here yet." Jieun said as she pushed Bomin's arm away. "Maybe he forgot that the exam was being held here and he went to the school instead."
"Noona!!"
Jieun turned around to see her brother running towards her, stumbling as he tried to dodge everyone standing in the hallways. Behind him, ran his bestfriend. Both of them came to a stop, panting badly.
"Sit down Chen, Ji and calm down. Here, drink some water." Jieun said giving Jisung her water bottle. "What were you guys running for? You could've fallen down and gotten hurt!" She said patting Jisung's back.
"We...we thought..we wouldn't make it in time and that your exam would've started already..." Chenle said in between breaths.
"Still you shouldn't run like that. If you had gotten late, then that's it. It's not like we would eat you alive for such a small thing." Jieun said patting Jisung's head.
"No way! I know how important this entrance exam is for you noona. There's no way I would have missed out on wishing you all the best." Jisung said pouting.
"He even ran all the way to the convenience store to buy you strawberry milk, and that's why we're late." Chenle said crossing his arms.
"I just wanted to cheer her and give her a good luck charm..." Jisung said innocently.
