Chapter 16: Eye to Eye

Third Person's POV:

Earlier that day Xian finally went to meet his mother, as he saw his mother standing outside their enormous house he rapidly went to her.

They hugged each other so tightly as if they're not going to let go. Siguro dahil narin sa matagal na panahong nawalay si Xian sa nanay niya, it's been eight years since they got to see each other.

While they're catching up together one of the bodyguards received a message, "Excuse me po pero pinapatawag po kayo ni Sir. Frank."

Umalis ang mag-ina papunta sa office ni Frank, ang tatay ni Xian. Pagka-dating na pagka-dating nila Xian sa mismong kompanya kung saan nagta-trabaho si Frank ay karamihan ng mga tao ay pinag-mamasadan sila na para bang may mali sa kanilang mga kinikilos.

"Ma, tara na po?" Xian asked her mother to step in the elevator.

Pumasok na silang dalawa sa elevator and they finally arrived at the office of Xian's father.

Kumatok ang isa sa mga bodyguards na nagbabantay ng silid kung saan nagtatrabaho at kung saan naroroon ang ama ni Xian and said with a deep voice, "Sir. they are here shall I let them in now?" tanong nito.

Frank commanded the bodyguard using his hand gestures only and that's when Xian and his mother finally entered the room. "I only asked Xian to come in." Frank said as soon as the two of them went in.

Isang bodybuard ang lumapit sa nanay ni Xian na nasa likod lamang niya and offere her to leave the room, "Ma'am?" one of the guards asked politely.

Sumama naman kaagad ang nanay ni Xian, pagka-alis nito ay bakas na bakas sa mukha ni Xian ang galit sa ama matapos palabasin ng wala man lang anu-ano ang kaniyang ina.

"Did you just really do that?" He asked.

"Why did you even called me here? Ano papupuntahin mo nanaman ako sa ibang bansa? Will you treat me as a trash once more na parang ipapatapon sa ibang bansa?" Tanong ni Xin after anticipating the things that his father might do to him.

Napataltak si Frank right after hearing those words coming out from Xian's mouth. "Umupo ka muna and that's when I'll discuss things with you." He replied coldly without even looking to his son's eyes.

Padabog na umupo si Xian upang iparamdam sa kaniyang ama ang puot na nararamdaman niya dito.

"Ano na?" Xian asked his father after he settled down.

"I want you to go to Hendersen Academy since it's one of the best schools here in the country other than that you can focus more on getting on Aubrey back." He said.

"Narinig ko nagka-away daw kayo ngayon ngayon lang after you went back here in the Philippines kaya sa tingin ko isa itong magandang opportunity para magka-usap at magka-lapit kayong dalawa." Pagwiwika ni Frank.

"What?! You want me to go to that school after all of the things you did to me? Tsaka akala ko ba you don't want me pestering on your business bakit niyo pa ako papapasukin doon?" Xian asked angrily.

"You are doing business actually if you and Aubrey got married then-" Wika ng ama ni Xian.

"Negosyo na pala ako ngayon, dapat pala una palang ginawa niyo na akong business paper, pagpapasapsahan at gagamitin lang kapag kinakailangan para mapaunlad ang kompanya!" He bursted out of anger after getting pissed off.

"I'm getting out of here!" he exclaimed and started walking away.

"I'll give you and your mother a place somewhere, magka-katrabaho siya, makapag-aaral ka ng walang mangingialam ng buhay mo, hindi ba iyon ang gusto mo?" tanong ni Frank.
