"What?" Lou didn't understand, neither did Mandy, frustrated Moxy repeated herself "I'm here to save you guys" she began trying to untie the knots they didn't budge, her hands were shaking and she couldn't get a good gripp. "Calm down" Mandy said, Moxy took a deep breath in and out. She then began to untie them, Mandy was first and as Moxy fiddled with Lou's ropes she explained

"Lucky bat's lost his mind, he wants to be the one and only leader and no one objects to it! They all think he'll be a great leader" Lou's ropes were loosening "his first action as leader is to demolish the institute of perfection, which in itself isn't a bad idea, the only problem was that he was going to blow you up as well" Lou was free and he stood beside Mandy to face Moxy.
she looked at him and said "I'm sorry, I had no idea what Lucky bat was doing, he told me you were trying to brainwash Mandy so I went along with him, but when I heard what he was going to do today I had to do something, no one else knows and Lucky bat stopped me from telling anyone, if I hadnt gotten away when I did he would have locked me up aswell"
Moxy's eyes started to tear up, Lou didn't know how to react, all he had ever felt for her was iretation and hatred, she was the reason he was here, she had taken everything from him. Though, he knew he did deserve some of his punishment, he was still angry. He didn't want to say something he'd regret so he said nothing.
Mandy then spoke for him "it's alright you didn't know, now how much time do we have" Moxy had just opened her mouth to answer when they heard a loud voice coming from outside, it said "five minutes till demolition" they all looked at each other when Mandy said "ok well, let's run"

They ran out the door, the elevator was disabled so they had to go up the flites of stairs, Lou thought back, this reminded him of when he had joined them for the gauntlet, the timer counting down and them trying to get out, but this time they were running for their lives. back then he was trying to make sure he was the only one to make I out, but now he was going to make sure all of them got out.
"Four minutes"
the voice said from outside just as they reached the top of the stairs, Mandy had stumbled a few times and Lou had to help her back on her feet.
They were heading for the front door and had to go through a couple of rooms. Moxy looked to Lou and said "I was meaning to ask about that cut in your arm" Lou looked to his arm and saw the cut he had made when he argued with Mandy, that had completely slipped his mind. "Oh...well, it's kinda a long story" he wanted to drop the topic and Moxy realizing that didn't ask anymore questions.
"Three minutes"
They had made it, the door was right there, it was a double door. Mandy reached for the handle and the two most dreaded words left her lips "it's locked"
"What?" Lou said, he tried it himself and it didn't budge. He started to bang on it hoping someone would hear and the girls joined in they yelled "help!"
"We're trapped
" let us out"
But their please weren't heard over all the cheering happening outside.
"We need another way out" Mandy said, just Then Moxy had an idea "follow me!" She yelled, they began to run again when Moxy explained "if we get to the roof there's a good chance someone will see us and they can stop the countdown." Both Mandy and Lou looked at each other and nodded, they ran up the stairs.
"Two minutes"
Mandy was having a hard time catching her breath and Lou noticed, he then grabbed onto her hand and cept running, it was all he could do, they needed to get out.
Finely they reached the top floor there was nothing but a window and the door leading to the roof. Lou pushed against it, there was something stopping it from opening the whole way, he squeased his arm through to see if he could move it then he realized, it wasn't something blocking the door, it was something locking it. It was chained.
"One Minute"
He stoped. He breathed in then out. Mandy and Moxy looked at each other realizing the grim reality, They stood there in silence knowing there was nothing more they could do.
A twinkle came into Lous eye. The window, he thought as he went to it. it was locked, no surprise there. He plunged his elbow through the glass, both Mandy and Moxy were surprised by the sheer strength he had. Glass splintered everywhere, his arm had cuts all along it. "There's a bush a bit away from the bottom of the window, it will break your fall, but you won't make it unless I throw you, don't worry your all plush inside it won't be that bad." They hardly had a chance to answer when Lou grabbed ahold of Moxy and threw her with all his might out the broken window.
"Thirty seconds"
Mandy turned to Lou "but what will you do, you won't be able to jump that far on your own and you don't have all the plush that I do, I think I should stay back"
Lou smiled "even if you do stay back, you won't have the strength to throw me far enough, so it'll  be pointless anyway."
"I'm not leaving you" Mandy pleaded desperately.
"Ten seconds"
Lou placed his hand on Mandys face.
"Nine"
Mandy leaned into his hand, tears began to fall.
"Eight"
"Thank you for helping me see the light" Lou Said.
"Seven"
Lou pulled her into a warm embrace
"Six"
Mandy held onto him, she never wanted to let go.
"Five"
Lou tightened his hold on her, it was almost too tight.
"Four"
"Thank you" Lou said
"Three"
Mandy realized it, but not soon enough to stop him.
"Two"
Lou plunged Mandy out the window with all the strength he had left, she reached out one last time, Lou looked to her with a pained smile.
"One"
Mandy landed safely on the bush Lou had aimed for. "Nooooo!!!"
"Zero"
