Comfortably sitting on his white leather couch, drinking his hot cappuccino, Jimin was reconsidering his life choices. For an odd reason he didn't know what he should say in front of the man. Jungkook had an arrogant, dominant aura that even if Jimin himself possessed he wasn't sure how to talk to the younger. He remembered his father's words to pay close attention to the mysterious man, but did Jimin really want that? Did Jimin really want to find more about Jeon Jungkook?
It's not like the man showed any suspicious signs so far. And he wasn't an open book either.
He knew he could handle Jungkook's cocky attitude but his main mission was to dig deeper into the younger man's past. With a sigh of exasperation, he stood up and walked lazily towards his closet. Even if the entire family had special dressing rooms, Jimin was content with his wardrobe. It's not like he didn't enjoy his family's luxury and extravagant wealth. He just wanted these riches to matter. He wanted to feel the emotion of merit, as if he had helped to make all this affluence come alive.
His eyes scanned his wardrobe. Everything he owned was too trim and deep inside of him he didn't know where Jungkook was planning to take him. The entire morning the brat and his sister were gone from the Park abode to go for shopping, as if Chae didn't have enough clothes and shoes already. Jungkook just informed him to be ready, with no other impartations whatsoever.
''The fact that your father has given us his credit card doesn't mean that we have to buy everything'' Jungkook rolled his eyes when she saw the woman running from one shop to another.
''We never went shopping together. I know you hate stuff like that, so I am buying everything now that I have a chance'' she clapped her hands and dragged him with her to a Gucci store.
Her hands were just unfolding t-shirts and checking out dresses, while Jungkook was thinking of his friend, Taehyung, who was in love with the brand, despite its heavy prices. Chae's question woke him up from his thoughts.
''So, where are you planning to go with my brother? Don't let him drag you to one of the clubs he is attending'' she commented and Jungkook's eyes almost popped out of their sockets.
''Jimin is going to clubs? That's...a cheap way to have fun'' Jungkook lied, trying to hide the fact that this is the type of entertainment he preferred.
''He loves going there with Hoseok. And since he isn't exactly known to be a member of the family, nobody knows that it's him. Why don't you show him the way we are having fun? Maybe an expensive restaurant?'' she suggested and Jungkook softly nodded behind her.
