It hits you like a train.
With strength it clutches.
It won't hold back any pain.
Knocking you down every chance it gets.
Rise up...
You aren't defeated.
Don't back down,
Don't feel cheated.
Just fight back,
You'll achieve it.

Just believe it.
Can you go toe to toe with this foe?
Life won't back down why should you?
You need to fight back, go with the flow.
You will fall down, but don't bid yourself adieu.
You aren't finished yet, get on your feet.
