Archaic Adventures (No Going Back)

I arrived to find the beast devouring everything in his sight.

I must act quick to destroy, this evil I shall smite.

His evil glare went straight through my mind and soul.

I knew that vanquishing this menace was my only goal.

Alien lifeforms depending on me to fight and kill.

I won't let them down, I have my strength, power, and will.

He closed down my portal and started his attack.

I must see this through there is no going back.

Face to face....

With the demon from hell.

One wrong move and I will fail.

No going back.

Fist to fist....

It was the battle of the century.

I must destroy this enemy.

No going back.

Clash after clash....

The beast made the first attack.

With a quick dodge I punched back.

No going back.

Strike after strike....

It is a mighty difficult fight indeed.

I had the upper hand, I hit with speed.

No going back.

The demon was strong, but clumsy and slow.

With flashing speed, I struck, blow after blow.

My attacks seemed to bounce of his skin.

I remained persistent and hit again and again.

My attempts felt futile as I continued this war.

It was the longest battle I've faced, my body now sore.

With a roar, the beast had a supernatural energy.

Am I strong and brave enough, perhaps I'll never be.

People counted on me, I can't fail.
