Peter heard the click of a door behind him, he looked around what was going to be his new home and he was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and furnished. There was a bed that had an actual mattress, blanket, and pillow, and next to it a little table with drawers.

Peter was allowed to keep the ear muffs which were hanging around the back of his neck. He took them off and placed them on the small table and sat on the bed. He smiled as he rubbed the blankets beneath him feeling that this was so much better than the conditions back at the last base.

The only thing that made Peter sad about the move was that he was no longer allowed to stay with Bucky. He never even realized how attached he felt until he was no longer by his side. He looked across the room, it felt so cozy yet so lonely. He slowly got up feeling all the aches and pains in his body as he walked to one wall of the room where there was actually a window. It was high up however and hard to reach.

Peter tried to jump up to look out but could barely do it. He placed his hands on the wall and jumped and was confused when he feet never touched the ground. He looked to his hands and realized they were sticking to the wall. Peter was amazed yet scared and tried to push off the walls with his feet but noticed they also stuck too.

Peter freaked out, hyperventilating before he suddenly just fell to the ground. He sat there and looked at his hands, they seemed normal but they weren't just a second ago. He slowly stood up again then walked back up to the wall.

Hesitantly he placed his finger tips on the wall then slowly and one by one, his feet and when he noticed he still stuck, he was amazed. He removed his hand then placed it higher up and he had no words when he started climbing up the wall, to the window. He was in such shock just staring at his hands that when he finally looked ahead of him out the window, time just seemed to stop.

He stared out watching the nights sky filled with stars as large lit up structures lined everything around him for what seemed like forever. There were little moving lights that were moving along little lines all the way below him and he was just at a loss for words.

He just couldn't take his eyes off of everything out there, he started examining each and every structure and noticed one stuck out to him. It was close but not too close to where he was and it was a lot smaller than all the other structures but it seemed really nice. It was clean and white, flat and round, and had a lot of land around it, some grey and some green. There was even a large symbol on it with a large 'A'.

Peter was taken out of his trance when he heard footsteps coming from down the hall, he looked at his hands then his feet, clumsily removing them and when he tried to crawl back down, he ended up not so gracefully falling down instead with a thump. He quickly stood up just as the door opened, it was the punisher. He straightened himself up and the punisher gave him an odd look which was quickly dismissed.

"Lights our Agent X, you got a big day ahead of ya Tomorrow." He said as Peter nodded and he nodded back. Peter walked and sat down on the bed and the punisher shut the lights off. Everything was dark except for a dim light that was flowing into the room from the small window.

He carefully lied down, trying to not hurt his side any more than it already hurt and he covered himself up with the blankets. He felt so warm and so comfortable, just an overall feeling of overwhelming happiness that he hadn't really ever felt before. He looked at his muffs sitting on the table then back at the window as a little flashing light slowly crossed the sky. He smiled to himself before slowly shutting his eyes and falling into a deep slumber.

"Agent X, We're going to inject you with this new serum we made, ok?" The doctor asked as he looked at the small boy who was sitting on the doctors table.
