Peter and Bucky had ran and ran until they couldn't no more, stopping only at the end of an old alley way filled with all kinds of trash and rats. They both stopped breathing in heavy breaths of air as Peter gripped his side feeling immense amounts of stabbing pain that he seemingly blocked out through his cloud of adrenaline.

Peter's thoughts were redirected however when he felt something warm ooze down his left arm.

"Shit Peter, the running must have broke your stitches, your bleeding." Bucky said worried as he pointed to Peter's arm, and when Peter looked down he saw blood oozing from the sleeve of his shirt. "Come on let me help." He said as Peter nodded sitting down on the floor.

Bucky knelt down beside him and slowly rolled up his sleeve. Peter winced as he unwrapped his bandages, the skin sticking as it peeled away. Bucky examined it as a smooth stream of blood slowly poured out. He was hoping only one or two stitches broke but seemingly they all did, the ones in the front and the ones in the back. Bucky softly looked up as Peter yawned his eyes fluttering softly as he leaned his head against the cold concrete wall behind him.

"We should get you some place where you can rest, it's late anyways." Bucky said, knowing he couldn't do anything for his arm at the moment so he just wrapped the previous bandage around it all tight. Peter nodded as he rubbed his eye with his one free arm. Together they both got up and walked down the streets, and after a few minutes Bucky recognized the sign for a old rundown hotel.

It took Bucky a while of persuading but eventually the Drunken hotel worker let them stay for free since it wasn't for that long and it's not like no one needed the room. When they got their key, Peter immediately went and sat down on the old bed while Bucky went searching around. He managed to find a first aid kit and a crappy sewing kit, not meant to sew people but it would have to do, especially considering their predicament.

Bucky came back into the room where Peter sat dangling his feet off the bed.

"Ok, so this all might hurt a bit but we gotta get you all patched up, here why don't you come with me to the bathroom so you don't bleed on the bed." Bucky motioned for Peter to follow and he promptly did, they went into the bathroom and Peter had a seat on the sink so he would be high up for Bucky to reach.

"Let's see what we're working with." Bucky said as he set all his supplies down, pulling up Peter's sleeve, unwrapping the now red stained bandaging. Peter winced as he poked and prodded trying to get a good view. "Ok, I'm gonna have to take out the remaining bits of stitches that are still left, then we're gonna clean it up and resew it. I've only got this little sewing kit, not exactly meant for medical purposes so it might hurt a little more than usual." Bucky explained softly to Peter as he just nodded along in his tired state, not fully feeling there, but he sure did feel it when the stitches started coming out. He clenched his fists and shut his eyes tight, just sticking it all through.

Next up was by far the worst part. Peter bent over the sink holding his bicep in it as Bucky slowly poured alcohol over it to clean it, he gained a saddened look seeing Peter hurting, so he tried to get it over with quickly.

When he was finished Peter sat up, a little short of breath as Bucky wiped him clean, thankfully after all this time the bleeding was seemingly calming down, now all they had to do was stitch him up, which had to be even more painful than the alcohol. He could feel the dull, misshapen needle piercing his skin as it pulled through a thick, choppy string. He felt like he could feel every fiber of the string pulling through his wound, but soon enough, he finished, finally wrapping a new bandage around his arm.

Peter sighed in relief as they finished the grueling process. Bucky searched around the room finding a plain black log sleeve shirt in the closet, he gave it to Peter so he could get out of his tattered bloody shirt, it was a little oversized compared to his smaller frame, but it was all they had.
