A New Beginning

The SELENE Day

Finally, the day I can leave this hospital. I am bored and confused about me, about my scream. Still my questions were waiting for their answers. I cannot wait for the day when I will know everything, the day when this secret will be exposed, told, knew. What are they hiding? What is this enormous secret? I know it must be bad, are they covering a murder? What could be worse than this?! I am still looking for some answers or clues. Uff!!
Apparently my mom brought me a charger for my phone the last time she visited me. I charged my phone right away before leaving my hospital room. While I was waiting for my mom to pick me up from the hospital and help me, I was texting Selene, she told me about a party near school and about the wolf attack that happened lately. In Black Creek are wolves? Apparently! After a few minutes my mother arrived to pick me up.
"Honey! Are you feeling ok? Let's go home!" she said
"Yes, I am fine! Let's go!" I said kinda sad.
On the way home, I didn't say any word, neither did my mother. We sat there in silance. I didn't know what to say. I have been there, in the hospital all alone for hours. Again, she wasn't there for me all the time, I needed her, I needed my mom these days, but she was...she was working. As I said before, I understand, but I still need my mom.
In the car was quite and I was the first to speak.
"Mom! I have been speaking with Selene and she told me that tonight is a party, near school!" I said.
"So?" my mom asked me.
"I wanna know if I can go! I mean...I am feeling better now!" I said.
"Hmm...Are you sure that you wanna go?" my mother said.
"Yes, please mom! I have been staying in that hospital! I need this!" I said hoping that she would let me go.
"Who are you meeting there? Or going with?" she asked.
"I am going with Selene! You know her!" I said.
"Ok, You can go! But no drinking!" she said.
"Yaayyy! Thank you, mom!!" I thanked her very happy.
"Tonight I have to leave to Idaho. I have to defend someone who will pay me a lot of money! she said.
Of course she had to leave again. To leave me alone again.
"When are you coming back?" I asked her.
"Monday night!" she answered.
"So, am I staying the whole weekend alone?" I asked her.
"Yes, it appears that you do!" she answered.
We arrived home. The clock was around four o'clock.
"I am going upstairs!" I said.
"Okay, I will pack my stuff! my mother told me.
I went upstair and my phone was ringing, it was Selene.
"Heyy girll! Ready for the party?" she asked me.
"How did you know that I am coming?" I asked her.
"Come on! I was very sure of this! Your mother would let you everywhere!" Selene said.
"Maybe!" I said.
"Can I come to your place? I am bored!" she asked me.
"Sure, when do you get here?" I asked.
"Um...I am already here!" she said.
"How did you get here so fast?" I asked confused.
"I knew you will say YES!" she said.
I closed my phone and opened the door. Selene was there dressed very badass. She was wearing a black cropped shirt, a black jacket with targets, a pair of shorts and heeled boots.She was almost as tall as I was.

"Get inside! If my mother will see you, she will kill me!" I said.
"Why? Because I am dressed like this?" she asked me.
"Yesss! She doesn't like rebels! Go upstairs!" I told her.
Selene quickly got upstairs in my room, in my bed actually and covered herself with my blanket. And I was after her.
"Happy now? No one can see my clothes!" she asked me ironically.
"Yes, perfect, stay there!" I said.
While I was talking to Selene, my mother entered my room. She was ready to leave, I guess. She was looking at me and then at Selene, I wonder what was she thinking in those moments. Selene was covering herself with my blanket, even more. I guess she really wanted me to come with her to this party. My mom made her nervous a bit.
"Hello, Mrs Brown!" she said with a gentle voice.
"Hello Selene! Are you cold, is something wrong? Why are you covering up like that?" my mom started to ask her.
Selene didn't know what to tell her so I helped her. I started to laugh about this situation.
"Yes! She is cold, right?" I asked Selene while laughing.
"Yess! I am cold this days!" she said looking my way with a big smile on her lips.
"Ok, then I let you prepare for the party! I came to tell that I am leaving, sweety!" my mom said with a sad voice.
"Oh, mom! I love you, be careful, please!" I told her and then hugged her.
"I love you too honey! You should be careful too!" she said.
And then she left the room, leaving me with Selene.
"I am sorry!" Selene said.
"It's ok! She is coming back on Monday! I am alone this whole weekend!" I said with sadness in my voice.
"Oh! I have an idea! Would you like if I would sleep at your place tonight? We can stay together!" she asked me happily.
"Umm...sure! I would love so!" I said.
I know...having this kind of girl in the same house as me would be bad, but I trust her. She is my friend.
"I can finally take this blanket off me! Lol!" she said and then she started to laugh.
I laughed too.
"Well, girl! Let's choose an outfit for you! The party starts in 30 minutes!" she said.
"Ok, what do you think about this?" I asked.
"A light brown dress? Really? You look like a potato! Something else!" she said.
"What about this?" I asked her.
"A grey top and jeans? Are we going to school now? NO!" she said.
"I don't have something beautiful to dress up with!" I said.
"Let me see your clothes!" she said and then went to choose me some clothes.
Selene looked at my clothes and chose something. It was a black long dress with a little bit of blue,it was revealing my shoulder, she also got me a black badass jacket and a pair of blue high heels and an amazing purse. Oh, and some jewelry.
"What about these clothes?" she asked me ironically.
"These..,I got these as a present!" I answered.
"Well, we have an amazing party and you need to be a bomb! We need to be the bombs! Now dress up!" Selene said.
I dressed up and I loved this look, I was looking like a badass girl, a rebel. I felt like I could do whatever I wanted.
"You look amazing, guuurl! Let's go!" Selene said.
We left my house together and went for the party. Let the fun begin!!
