~oOo~ Ellie's POV
I jogged through the forest making sure to make lots of noise to attract attention. In about ten minutes my area was swarmed by guards. I hopped up a tree and started jumping from limb to limb. I did this for about half an hour before losing the guards, and circling back around to check we were clear.
Suddenly I heard sounds behind me like an animal in the bushes. I heard sniffing and then realized. Dogs! They had just gone back to set the dogs out. I quickly climbed back up the tree I was posted at and steadied my breathing. The dogs had then began to sniff around the foot of tree I was in. If the guards looked up and saw me I knew I could escape, but not without risk.
One dog hopped up on its hind legs, and started barking. Guards rushed over and looked in the direction the dog was looking. They had spotted me...
I tried hopping back up the tree, but not before a guard caught a lace from my boot and pulled me down so hard I could barely breath. Before I knew it I was being pinned down. I then let out an exasperated breath showing my defeat. Or so they thought.
The Chief guard hoisted me up and they started binding my arms.

Chief Guard: Bet your a top ranker of the Rou rebel group. You know how to get around and quick. She'd better be kept for safe keeping. We'll question her. Come on.

A guard shoved me from behind, and I took this opportunity.
Lunging at a side guard I cut the ropes binding my arms, and jumped up back flipping onto a tree limb.
The chief then started barking orders to surround the trees in the nearby area. Making hasty work I reattached my harness and clipped myself to the grappling hook. Shooting it one more, this time into the tallest tree on the outside of the outer palace wall.
Hopping over the last obstacle I started towards the base.
It was about three quarters of the way there that I noticed a large gash in my abdomen. I felt everywhere to see if I had any more injuries. The only thing I felt was a strange cut on my neck. It burned to the touch and I knew it was worse than the gash on my stomach.

Ellie: Dammit! I have to get back fast. At this rate I won't. I have to run no matter how painful it is...

I began lightly jogging, and slowly broke into a run. I was just at the entrance when I collapsed. Somebody yelled and footsteps came running towards me. Before I knew what was happening everything went black.

~oOo~ Division Commander POV
I arrived at the base about and hour after I escaped. I rushed into the stone hall alerting the first commander of what had happened.
He then got a call on the radio a few moments later, and rushed out closely followed by me.
We were sprinting to the exit for some reason. When we arrived at the destination there were pools of blood around the entrance.
A hospital table lay in the middle of the stone room. The commander started shouting commands as he pulled on a medical ward suit. Lying in the table was none other than Ellie!
She had a large gash about 5 inches long spreading from her under arm to the bottom ribs. She also had a second gash about 2 inches long on her neck, but blood seeped out with every breath.
Doctors had been rushed to the entrance and were stitching up her neck and abdomen.

First Rou Commander: How could this happen doc?

Doctor: It looks like she got found by dogs, and they placed microscopic hooks on the ropes she was tied up with.

First Rou Commander: You mean she got caught! How? Rey! How did she get caught

Division Commander: I don't know but she got caught for a good reason. If the palace does have dogs now she made a good discovery.
