Chapter 12

~oOo~ Ellie's POV
I was laying on a table strapped down when a strange man came in. He pulled out a syringe and stuck it in my arm. I let out a little girl yelp.
I had realized this was a memory from my childhood. Before I knew I was flashing back before the table.
My family and I sat around the living room. 9 children me being the youngest and 4 adults. My parents and grandparents sat opposite the children. They eyed us nervously.
Suddenly a boom came from the parlor across from us. My parents and grandparents ran up grabbing kids. I sat there bewildered not knowing what to do.
A man came in and grabbed my wrist firing at the children who were running to me.
I began screaming and flailing wildly. He pulled me along as I screamed.
"Mommy! ****! Mommy! ****, no! Please don't take her no! Please take me!"
The man didn't listen he pulled me along and into a car zooming off.

I gasped sitting up suddenly in the hospital bed. Sitting beside me was Caily. She saw me and called for a doctor.

Doctor: Is everything alright Mrs. Caily?

Caily: She's awake!

Doctor: Oh. I'll get right to testing. Well miss you have had quite the 2 hours. First you get kidnapped and then start Seizing from the liquid in his syringe.

Ellie: Oh I did doc? Am I free to go I feel fine maybe just an aspirin for my headache.

Doctor: Yes your free to go after I run some tests. You will need to walk around with a crash cart in case you have some other symptoms, and I sent your maids to make a lazy day gown. Try to take it easy because we don't know how you seized. It's a miracle you were fine afterwards!

Caily: You amaze me every day. Well let's go. We'll take a secret passage so nobody sees you.

Ellie: Alright, thank you for taking care of me doc.

Doc: You shouldn't thank me. You should be thanking the prince. He openly offered to bring you down here.

A smile came across my face, and we headed off. A short minute later we arrived at my room where Bella and Poppy stood waiting. They came and hugged me, then got right to work.
By the time they were done I had on an off the shoulder plain light pink dress that went down past my knees. I put on light pink flats, and put in an IV fluid needle that was connected to a rolling cart.
Minutes later we were at the lounge. Caily helped me sit down onto a couch near the queen.

Queen: Ellie, I've been so worried! The girls still aren't up yet. Also did the doctor tell you, you needed that?

Ellie: *chuckles* Yes, he told me he didn't want anything else to happen. Also how is nobody else up? It's 8:30. Breakfast is in 15 minutes!

Caily: Yes and if they don't wake up and do their test they won't be eating until they do.

Just as Caily finishes Breanna (the 4) walks in rubbing her eyes. Breanna walks over curtsying to the queen, and noticing my predicament smirks.

Breanna: Lady Ellie what happened?

Ellie: Earlier I almost got kidnapped.

Breanna gasps and starts trembling.

Ellie: Oh, Breanna it's ok. They won't come for you. If they do I'll be right there.

Breanna: Oh don't act like a hero!

Queen: That is enough! Ellie did nothing to you young lady! Go start your quiz or there is no breakfast. You still must go through all the other quizzes. Go!
