GORE WARNING!!!It's not even that bad in my opinion but just in case 👀 stay safe bbies
The Speedwagon Foundation had arranged for a ship to take you and the other crusaders on a route to Egypt. They even did a background check on every crew member.
It was you that suggested taking the trip by water. Your justification was that if anyone tried to attack, you would simply drown them as you would be surrounded by the ocean.
Everyone in the group seemed to agree that it would be reasonable, and set off on a small ship manned by one Captain Tennille, who seemed rather strange to you. Normally you wouldn't have said anything, but last time you felt that someone was off they attacked you.
You decided to confide in Jotaro. Not only because you thought he would take you seriously, but you felt safe around him.
"Hey Jotaro?" You approached him when he was sitting alone on deck, reading a book in the sunlight.
"Hm?" He didn't even look up.
"Uh... If you're busy I can come back..." You said, laughing nervously.
"No," He put the book down. "What's up?"
"Ah, um... So the captain..."
"Yeah, I totally get you. He's weird isn't he?"
"Oh thank God. I was worried I was just being a weirdo."
"I think we're okay, I don't think he speaks Japanese. But I wonder if he's an enemy stand user."
"We can try and find out?" You suggested.
"Next time he shows up, I'll try it out."
"Hey Jotaro?"
He looked up at you. "Yeah?"
"Thank you." You blushed. "I feel like I can trust you, and you take me seriously. I appreciate it." You were getting redder by the second, it was a little embarrassing until you noticed his cheeks had dusted a light pink.
He didn't say anything, but smiled softly.
About an hour later, you found Jotaro being yelled at by the captain in English. Jotaro seemed uninterested, but still trying to get the loud man to leave him alone.
"Listen," the captain said, slowly, as if that would get him to understand. "You. Cannot. Smoke. On. The. Ship!!"
"I literally cannot understand you." Jotaro responded in Japanese. You could clearly see that he was getting annoyed.
You stepped in to help, and a relieved look passed over Jotaro's face.
"He says you can't smoke on the boat." You told Jotaro.
"Oh great." The captain mumbled in English, then slowly and loudly again, "Do you speak English?"
"I do." You responded, bluntly. "I can speak almost 13 languages, can you say the same?"
"Excuse me? I am the captain of this ship, and I will not be spoken to in such a manner!" He said haughtily.
"I have friends in high places, sir. Jotaro here will put out his cigarette, so you can be on your way."
The loud commotion had drawn the attention of the other crusaders.
"(Y/N)? Jotaro? What's going on?" Avdol said, rather confused.
"These young delinquents think that they can speak
to me however they damn please!" The captain screeched. "I will not have such disrespect tolerated!!"
