The Beginning

A/n: Hello guys A/n here and I wanna say thank you for reading the last chapter and until the voting is over (which is when the story will stop doing flash backs and is when the main event coming in) but I will do a bio of Y/n Cayden L/n but if you want to see and additional character from another universe just comment from what universe, The Character name, Weapon, and semblance (but not an op one but the exception is the Gokus kamehame ha wave), looks, and hairstyle. If this character comes from the destiny universe then feel free to send your character looks and armor and class type in the comments. Let's start the story shall we.
Y/n: Ugh, finally! After a week or more you finally decided to continue your story. What have you been doing all this time?!
A/n: Not now Ok I will tell you after the chapter ok.
Y/n: Your lucky I can't turture you.
A/n: Look we have to start the story ok. We can't have this entire chapter with a broken wall.
Y/n: *sighs* Fine.
FLASHBACK
Y/n pov
I woke up at the crack of dawn but something was different. I... I COULD'T SPEAK.
???: Uh hello. Did it work? Nod yes if you can here me.
I moved my head up and down but then I freaked out at what I saw. It was mostly white, the voice was feminine, The horns on the bottom and top was a light gold, and in the center has red line going straight down the middle and was thick enough to have it on both sides.
???: Uh hey can you here me?
I nodded yes
???: Can you speak?
I move my head to say no
???: Ok let me try and fix it ok. Ok regenerate that there, and move that there, and bing bango presto. Try it now.
Y/n: Ugh did it work?
Holly shit I sound like Nathan Fillion
???: So how do you like you new voice?
Y/n: I sound like Buck from Halo 3 ODST.
???: Wait you were alive before my creator got to your Solar System!!!
Y/n: Yeah why?
???: Well for starters that's amazing! My Light bearer was alive before 2015! That is is the most amazing thing! But that doesn't that doesn't give me an answer my to my earlier question though.
Y/n: Yeah I like it makes my voice sound iconic.
???: Well I'm glad. But I see something that's different in you. Let me check something out ok.
She then disappeared. I then heard a voice in my head.
???: Wait how. How is this possible. How do you have the other subclasses.
I then heard another mysterious voice. I looked to see a masked man.
The speaker: Hello there I'm the speaker. I speak for the traveler. You are not of this world are? You probably aren't even from this universe. If you are not of this universe then that would explain the extra light ability's. But also to you this is a dream when you wake up your ghost will help you find your bearings.
Y/n: Ghost? What's a ghost?
Speaker: The vary thing that revived you. And if it was able to revive you then your light must be very powerful. Once you wake up every thing you have will be right next to you.
Y/n: What do you mean 'wake up' this is the real world right?
Speaker: in time I will tell you but right now you must wake up.
The next thing I knew I was in a forest. I looked to my left I saw journal. I read it and found out I was apart of the rose family but was an adopted family member. I also found out that I had ran away from them cause Tai my adoptive father was forcing my family to beat me. I also had found out that I was 16 years old and that I've been gone for 6 years but had only recently died.
I then looked to my right and found my weapon so I put it in my holster and continued reading my journal and it told me the rest of the information that I needed like what my weapon was called and how to use it and transform it. I the. Practiced with it for a few hours. Then I heard my ghost
Ghost: Wow! Your universe is so much prettier than earth. There's so much green and blue that I could just die from all it's beauty.
Y/n: Huh guess that guy wasn't completely lying.
Ghost: What do you mean he never lies. In fact he so good that people call him GGTS.
Y/n:What does GGTS mean?
Ghost: Goodie Goodie Two Shoes.
Y/n: Ooooh ok. Well what's your name?
Ghost: I don't have a name.
She sounded sad but then I had an idea.
Y/n: What if I give you a name.
Ghost: Wait you would do that! Thank you, thank you, thank you! But what would my name be?
Y/n: How about Sundance?
A/n: hey guys A/n here but this actually is the name of Cayde's Ghost in destiny.
Sundance: That sound great. Now let's get your gear on and get going.
I then realized that I had nothing but boxer shorts on and my face turned red.
Sundance: Don't worry. I won't tell.
Sundance POV
When he woke up I saw him completely naked. Everything in all it's glory so before he realized he wasn't warring anything I transmatted a pair of underwear on him he then started his journey and he put everything away i the. Told him to get ready to go to town. But I didn't tell him about his wolf ears or tail.
A/n: I also decided to make Y/n a faunes in this story. Also I am going to make Sundance part of the harem as well. But have her as like the alpha of the harem but it won't be intimate.
Y/n POV
I had arrived in town and walked through into a shop called dust till dawn. I then started looking at every thing but the. Sundance told me not worry about money cause she had converted nearly my glimmer into lien. I asked he how much I lien I had I was shocked. I had enough lien to last me a life time. But she also told me that she had saved some glimmer incase we needed fuel for a vehicle. I then had spotted a girl in a red hood a cape. But not Ben two seconds later we were being robbed. One of the criminals started to talk but she could't hear him. She then later noticed him.
Cape girl: Yes?
Criminal: Put your hands in the air.
Cape girl: Are you robbing me?
Criminal: Yes!
Cape Girl: ohhh.
She then proceeded to kick the guy out of the window and transform her weapon into... no fucking way it turned into a scythe that was bigger than her. She then spun her scythe around I then decided to help her out. I shot the other criminals with red machetes injuring them. I then went teleported right beside The red caped girl
Then a ginger with a stylish hat in white suit with a cane came out and told the rest of his crew,
Ginger: Oookay. Get her.
The caped girl then turned from a bystander to a complete badass. She uses the weight of her scythe to help her fight and she used it to help kick a dude in the face and spun her scythe around and used a mechanism to propel her self to dodge the enemies bullets. She then grabbed a trowing knife and threw it at the ginger but it only cut the sleeve. The ginger was visible angered by this so I shot him his arm and a bullet went straight through. He then stepped forward and shot the ground I used a ability's to dodge the shot while the caped girl shot at feat make her move upward. When the smoke cleared the ginger was gone. We both found the ginger. He was climbing a ladder.
I then asked a question
Y/n: You ok if we go after him?
The shopkeeper then gave us the ok. I triple jumped up there while the caped girl used her scythe gun to shoot herself up there. I the. Pointed my gun at the ginger But the caped girl muttered something that I couldn't hear at all.
Ruby pov
I was stopping a robbery with a guy who's very mysterious but then I noticed something. His weapon it looked like the ace of spades. It was a gift from my sister. But it wasn't my gun it was my big brothers... Y/n. I then muttered
Ruby: Why does he have Y/n's ace of spades.
Then I heard the ring leader growl.
Ring leader: Persistent.
He then climbed onto the bullhead and said
Ring leader: end of the line Red and Shadow.
He held out a red dust crystal but before he cull throw it at us I heard a bang and it exploded. I looked to my left and saw a smoking gun. Then a huntress came out and started attacking the bullhead.
Y/n POV
A Blonde lady came out of no were and an instrument started playing
Y/n: And cue the xylophone keys.
The ginger went into the cockpit and told someone to get out here and he then took control. The woman in an all in one short dress then came out and started shooting fire but the blonde girl then blocked it using some kind of glyph. The fire woman then used her embers to make the ground explode but the blonde girl did a backflip but not the in the air kind. She then used a magic to make the shards hers and turned the orange to purple and made a fragmented spear and. Causes it to go towards the ship. The fire woman then used fire but it was ineffective as it only made the one into three more. The three spears a flex led into a position that the fire woman had to do a halo ring move and burn away the the spears. The caped girl then transformed her scythe into gun and started shooting at the woman in the dress but I shot at the engines causing one to explode but it still got away. But suddenly the caped girl started fangirling
Caped girl: Your a huntress! Can I have your autograph!?
The next thing I knew I was in a dark room but with a single light shining above us while the blonde was berating us at how reckless we were but man can out with a mug and a plate of cookies
Y/n: Ok so were in trouble. We get it. but were not going to let that old man get robbed. We had to have done something ok. We were not going to just be bystanders and do nothing.
Man in green: Ruby Rose.
Y/n mentally: So that's her name
Man in green: you have silver eyes and you who are you.
Y/n: Just call me Cayde. Ok.
Man in green: Very well but I would like to know more.
Y/n: ok once your done talking to her wake me.
Ozpin pov
Me: Very we'll. Glynda once we are done with Ms. Rose take her out of the room.
Glynda pov
I cannot believe what I'm hearing. How is he just accepting this!
Me: Are you sure you want to do-
Ozpin: Thank you Glynda.
He then whispered in my ear
Ozpin: If you wanted punishment for later you could have just asked.
What he said cause me to turn red.
Ruby pov
So the guy next to me wishes to be called Cayde but after this I'm going to take him home and put him in another interrogation.
Time skip
Y/n pov
I woke up but Ruby was gone the man in green then spoke.
Man in green: Hello my name is Opzin. And I would like to know more about you.
I the told him my story and gave him my journal and he looked . He then asked the trillion dollar question.
Ozpin: Would you like to join my Academy.
Y/n: Sure I'll go but on some conditions.
Opzin: All right. What are these conditions.
Y/n: No uniforms, I get to keep my gun at all times and if there's bulling and no teachers steps in I take care of it.
Ozpin: ok this is the location of when and here the bullhead will be. I would also like to see your semblance.
I looked at the paper he given and it said that in three days that a ship will pick me up at these coordinates. I then walked out of the room and was tackled but a red blur.
Ruby: Alright I've got my own questions for you.
She then took me to her home
Timeskip
I was then at her house and a door opened up to reveal a woman a white cape like Ruby's but except you know white
White Ruby: Ruby who do you have with you?
Ruby: A friend also got some exciting news as well!
White Ruby: Ok. My name is Summer Rose and this is my Husband Tai.
Tai: Hello it's nice to meet you
Y/n: Hello.
If this is still Tai he's probably changed and that means that ruby is my sister
Yellow girl: Hi I'm Yang Ruby's sister. Who are you?
Ruby: his name is Cayde.
Every one except Ruby: Oh well nice to meet you Cayde.
My stomach started growling
Summer: Oh you both must very hungry I already got dinner ready.
I then went inside and there house was very nice. But what I smelled next was just absolutely heavenly. It was a full dinner of homemade pizza. From Hawaiian to supreme. I had had a single slice of them. For me it was heaven. After dinner I helped them clean up and I stashed some pizza away in a baggy but it was mostly Hawaiian.
Tai then guided me towards the guest bedroom. Then Sundance appeared
Sundance: Ok so we found your old abusive family and your not mad a single bit?
Y/n: I'm not mad in the 6 years I've been gone they have probably changed. I mean 6 years is a long time.
Sundance then faded away.
Then something surprised me
Ruby: Why do you have his gun?
Y/n: What do you mean Ruby
Yang: Ok ruby before you assume he has Y/n's gun we should take a look at it. After all we did make it for him before he went missing. Can we take a look at?
Y/n: Sure
I then handed them the ace of spades
Yang suddenly had tears come from her eyes
Yang: can we go outside real quick?
We then walked out side ruby in tow
I suddenly felt a fist hit my face and coughed some blood and got back up.
Yang: Why do you have his gun!?
She saw my journal and noticed some dried blood on it. I then handed her my journal and she read it.
Yang: Why does this have blood on it?
Y/n: Read it and you find out.
I then walked back inside of the house.
Time skip
I woke up to the smell of breakfast. I walked down stairs to see everyone eating and then Yang handed me my journal. And pulled me into hug and I hugged back. She told me she had told ruby about my journal and then I felt Ruby's arms wrapped around me and I hugged back. I whispered to them
Y/n: Please don't tell Tai or Summer about this but around them please call me Cayde.
RY: Alright.
Y/n: Good. So how'd you handle it?
Yang: Handle what?
Y/n: My disappearance.
Yang: To be honest Ruby took it hard. Really hard. She would cut herself and sleep in your 'room' . Mom she.. she did her best to keep ruby her old self, once she found out what ruby had been doing to herself She tried to make her stop but ruby didn't understand that it wasn't her fault. Eventually Ruby did stop but only recently once. Once she had encountered you at the dust shop she was still grieving but in the anger stage. Dad he could care less so mom kicked him out for a couple years till He was put in a homeless shelter. But a month later he came back and had bruises and cuts all over him. Turns out the other homeless people had found out what he had done and started fighting him and cutting him.
Y/n: Wow. Well before I left I forgot to leave a note to you all but I'll mail it later.
Time skip
It had been three days since then and Ruby had been really bubbly. Once we were on the landing pad we got on the bullhead Yang then asked us why we were on the bull head
Y/n: Oh that's because we've been admitted into beacon from the headmaster himself.
Yang: Wait what!
Ruby: Yeap so that means the three of us is going to beacon.
Y/n: You know what that means right?
Yang: What?
Ruby: it means we get to stick together.
Y/n: And if your wondering about Tai and Summer don't worry I left them a note saying that ruby was admitted two years early and (scroll starts to ring) And well speak of the devil. (Puts scroll on speaker)
Y/n: Hello Cayde here. And yes Ruby and Yang are here.
Summer:*Awww can't believe my two little baby's are going to beacon. Tai can you believe it. Ruby was admitted two years early*
Tai:*I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around that thought. But I'm still very proud of you both. I'm sure if Y/n was still here he would very proud of you both.*
Yang: Thank you dad well we gotta go bye.
Summer and tai:*Bye sweaty.*
Ruby: Bye. Love you both.
I then put it off speaker scroll and talked to them personally
Tai:* Cayde if your listening I know who you are. And when I get my hands on you I'm going to drag you back and beat you till you can't you little fucker*
Y/n: Ok try I'll still beat you. *sighs* You know I thought you changed but I guess that's not the case. When we next meat your going to be very hurt.
Tai:*Is that a threat?*
Y/n: No it's a warning that when the day comes one of us shall stand and one shall fall.
I then end the call to see a blonde boy in white armor puck his guts out.
