You went inside the Butterfly State, your body all soaked. Making soft footsteps you headed towards the room you share with the trio who we're injured the last mission.

"Heeeh!? Y/N-Chaan! Are you okay? You're wet!" Zenitsu exclaimed worriedly. No sexual innuendos in the comments or I'm leaving

"You're bleeding too, where did you ran off too?" Tanjirou asked eyeing your hands who had multiple small cuts on them. "I fell down the river" You said blankly as you dont want to continue the conversation further.
You took some bandages and wrapped your bleeding hand.

"This is for you!" You said handing him the two roses you found just beside the Butterfly state. Muichiro stared at you with a blank face, "You're bleeding, you did all that for a rose?" He asked
"No.. for you" You said smiling, "I don't need it, just keep it"

You frowned, visibly upset. You we're about to follow him but instead you slipped and fell down the flowing river

"This is for you" You said in a embarrassed and shy tone as the rose wasn't meant for Tanjiro in tbe first place. "Ah, huh? Thank you, Y/N-san"Tanjirou said confused but thanked you anyways. "How about my rose?"Zenitsu asked kinda jealous that Tanjiro, who had no experience in girls got a flower.
"You don't have one"You only replied and took a sit on your own bed right between Inosuke and Tanjiro
Zenitsu left hurt.

Little did you know Muichiro was watching from the door quitely, it seems he had followed you after you took the fall on the river, He came off as worried about you after that. That event seemed to make him anxious the whole day.

"Tokito-Chan" Kanroji, the Love Pillar called from down the corridor but was ignored by Muichiro who was way too focused to something.
Kanroji walked towards him, taking a look to what he was way tok focus on and got the idea.
"Would you like my help, Tokito-Chan?"Kanroji suggested only to get scoffed at by Muichiro
"That won't be necessary"Then left

Many months had passed and you just got back at a solo mission that was given to you
You chose to take a stroll around and find yourself back at the same place where Muichiro rejected your rose. Your face scowled slightly at the memory and continued strolling around

Muichiro saw you seeing your upset face made him upset aswell.

A year had passed after that rejection event had taken place, Muichiro felt bad and couldn't master the courage to talk or apologize to you but he would admit he was jealous of the attention you're giving Tanjiro

Taking a bunch of thorned roses at the small field beside the Butterfly State and headed towards you could potentially be.

"Y/N" He called to you interrupting your discussion with the trio
"You need anything?" You asked walking infront of him
"This is for you" He handed you a handful of flowers some still have their thorns. He, unaware that he just imitated your actions last year.

"Mui-Chan! You're bleeding a bit too much!" Yoy exclaimed taking the roses and putting them to the side to wrap some bandages to Muichiros bleeding hand.
After his hand was bandaged, he bend down a bit and wrapped his arms around your waist facing the trio with a pouting look.

"Wipe that smug look off your face!" Zenitsu cried.

You chuckled and patted his head, saying soft things and complimenting Muichiro to calm him down as he felt a bit tense while you were bandaging him.
