Villain POV! That Night!
Drat! Blast those darn kids! And now they have Irene too... that makes things so much worse. How do I- THAT'S IT!! If I can separate them, they won't have a chance to beat me! But my powers won't work on the girl that has Irene... so I'll lock her team in Karkaton, the active Volcano just beyond the Realm of the Fey. The only way to access the realm of the Fey is if you cam earn their trust, and even then you need to unlock the east gate to get to Karkaton anyway. So they won't be leaving for a while. But... my hunger for chaos and destruction still isn't satisfied... However.. with this lamp that the Great Sage dropped outside Neksdor that contains the Genie, I cannot be stopped. Once I tell him the 'truth', he'll be so mad that he'll unleash that anger and rage on Neksdor! And to add insult to injury... since Irene is only preventing me from transporting her, I might as well take her powers! MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
That Morning!
"*Yawn* Ohayo Irene..." Niko said tiredly. "Morning Niko" Irene replied smiling. Niko put the pendant around her neck and began walking outside. "Ready?" Irene asked. "Hai! *Ahem* Noctu Orfei Aude FRAETOR!" Nothing happened. "eh? It didn't work..." Niko said looking at her hand. "Ah! No wonder! Your job, it's gone!" Irene said shocked."EHH!?!?! HOW!?" Niko asked. "Dark Lord Satan... it seems my powers were only enough to make sure he couldn't take you.." Irene replied. "So that means...." "Yes... he took the others." Irene sighed. "I was afraid this would happen.... I requested that three more travelers come to help however only two of the three can make it.." "That's fine! That leaves a spot for Shindou!" Niko smiled. "Right I forgot you wanted to head to Neksdor to visit Shindou and get him to join.. speaking of which, maybe he can give you another job..." Irene said. "Yea, yea!!" Niko replied enthusiastically. "But until we get to Neksdor I can give you a temporary job." Irene smiled. "Oh oh! What is it??" Niko asked. "The Elite Octoling job. I'm sure you've heard of them." "Of course! I am one!" Niko replied. "Then there won't be a problem." Irene replied. "All you need to do is recite these words... Copperio Surasurafe. "Hai! Copperio... Surasurafe." Then, a bright flash appeared as Niko transformed into her Octo appearance. "Good... now what level are you?" Irene asked. "Level 15! I do a lot of Turf War so it's only natural!!" Niko smiled. "Alright. What attacks do you have?" Irene asked. "I have my Octobrush and the sub weapons I have are Curling bombs, auto bombs and suction bombs. The specials I've earned are the kraken, Ultra Stamp, Booyah bomb and splashdown." Niko replied. "Ok.. them how about we wait for your new teammates to arrive and then see if the mayor will give us permission to go to Greenhorne Castle? After all, through the castle is the only way to get to Neksdor. "Ok!" And so, the two of them awaited the arrival of their new teammates.
Meanwhile, with Kyle and Bobby.
"This place is so far away!" Kyle complained. "My feet hurt!!" Bobby looked at Kyle, disappointed. "Kyle you're not even walking." Bobby said tiredly. "So? My wings are tired then!" Bobby sighed as he went on his hunkers. "Cmon. I'll carry you." He smiled. "E-Eh? Dude you're not serious are you?" Kyle asked. "I'm dead serious. Now cmon, we're already late." Bobby replied. Kyle nodded his head as he jumped onto Bobby's back "Thanks dude." He said. "No problem" Bobby replied. As the two went on their way, Kyle realized how tired Bobby was. "Hey Bobby, wanna swap?" He asked. "Hm? Really? If it's ok with you then sure." Bobby replied. So Kyle climbed off Bobby's back and they swapped, this time Kyle was carrying Bobby.
When They Got To The Inn!
"*Huff Huff*" Wheezed Kyle. "We made it..." Bobby said knocking on the inn door. "COMING!" Niko shouted. "Ohayo! You two must be Kyle and Bobby right? I'm Niko! Pleasure to meet you!" She greeted opening the inn door. "Y...up" Wheezed Bobby. "You both seem knackered, there are two spare rooms just down the hall, you both can use them." Niko smiled. "Thank you very much!" Kyle said, helping Bobby walk to the room. "I should go to my room too... We'll visit the mayor in the morning." Niko yawned. "Goodnight minna!" "Goodnight!"
