Part 19

Chapter 19: Demise?

One of the doctors said that Demise wasn't allowed to watch me go into operation, so she went home as scared as heck. The pups were waiting for her to get back and to hear the results. She told the puppies that she hadn't listened to the results yet, and she nervous to see them. The puppies were worried about Demise, like anxious. About 1 hour later, Demise was in the cave, the puppies came in to check on her, she was sleeping in a way, but she was not at the same time. They were confused. Ten minutes later, the pups heard her scream in the cave. They bolted to see her; she was in the very back of the cave on the floor. "Pups... I'm hh-having a panic a-a-track?!!?!"

The pups ran to the emergency room and the hospital and ran into the room that Shade was in. They paused for a very long time. They saw something they wish they knew sooner; there, Shade was on an operation table with numbing gas and the doctor with a katana. The pups ran to the front desk and asked the ladies there what was going on in the other room with Shade in it. The ladies said that they should leave now before they could stop the hospital from killing Shade. They knew that the minute they got home, Demise would be on the floor still. But when they got back, she was ready to save her best friend from death.
