May fate show you favour. I am writing to inform you about what has transpired in the past few weeks. Kaori was unable to capture her target, but we anticipated that he might escape. Before Daisuke got away, we got the address of the hotel where they were staying in Las Vegas. This allowed the other Keepers to track the movements of the Shadow Unit. As expected, they left Las Vegas that night and proceeded to their secret rendezvous the next day, which we now have the coordinates for.
In regards to Matt, Luca has informed me that he has left Seattle. By now I'm sure Matt has told Chris and the others about what happened to him and what he found. This shouldn't affect any of our plans moving forward, however I have told Luca to follow Matt. I expect he will catch up to him soon enough.
As for me, I arrived in Montana a few days ago. I was able to track down Chris and the time traveller. They rented a car and left Helena heading south on Interstate 15. I assume they're going to meet up with Ashley at some point. As soon as I get an opportunity, I will be planting the tracker to continue following them. Then, in time, I will capture the time traveller. I will write to you again when I have done so. Fate is unyielding.
