Persia was a wreck. She spent so much time thinking about Alec she barely had time to do anything else. Her alarm clock sounded, signalling it was 6am, time to wake up. She groaned angrily and reached a hand out from under her blanket and turned it off. She slowly opened her eyes and when she did, almost cried out in fear. There, standing over her bed, was Alec. "I demand some answers," she hissed, eager not to wake up anybody else. But Alec just smiled, and crawled into bed beside her. His skin met hers, he was ice cold and looked like he hadn't slept in a week, but something about his mischievous smile made her heart flutter. He raked a hand through his messy hair. "Can I smoke in here?" He asked lighting a cigarette. "No you may not," Persia replied, grabbing the cigarette and dropping it into a glass of water that was sitting on the bedside table. "You're no fun." "Tell me the truth, what happened to you," She said, getting out of bed and pulling on some clothes. "I told you, I died," he answered, lighting up another cigarette. Persia rolled her eyes and opened the window. "I did not live a very good human life, drugs, robbery, you name it i have done it, I can remember everything I have ever done in my life, up to where I died. I have no memory of how it happened." "Wow, you must have been a dick," She said, pulling her hair back into a ponytail. "Still am." "So why exactly are you here?" She asked turning around to face him. "I want you to help me find out how I died," He said, getting out of the bed. "Why me though?" "I could have asked my friends, but none of them are as beautiful as you, and you know, Daddy gets lonely." Daddy? she thought.
