Leigh opened her eyes slowly that morning.

It was one of those mornings where one woke up without memories it seemed. What was happening? Why was it happening and when did it happen? She felt like she was supposed to be stressed and worried about something but-

Gasp. "Jesy!"

Leigh came to her senses and immediately sat up to look for Jesy at her side.

There were rumpled sheets and a small dent in the bed but no sign of a person there.

N-no but . . . where did she . . .

Leigh-Anne flew out of her bed and started to walk to the door of the room with purpose just when a pang of pain caught her off guard and she had to hold her neck in hopes of easing it.

The girl stood before the door with a firm hand gripping around the area where the pain came from. She winced a bit before attempting to shake it off by just shaking her head.

When she was finally over it, Leigh stretched the same hand she used to hold her sore area towards the door knob and then held tightly onto it.

She then opened the door and ran out into the hallway outside. "Jesy! Jesy are you in here?? Jes babe please tell me you're . . ." The scent of oil on a fire was suddenly very apparent to her and a sense of relief came with it.

Leigh made her way to the grand staircase and started to run as fast as she could to get to the kitchen. "Jesy are you o-ahhhh!" The girl started to roll down the stairs quite badly now. Her clumsy feet missed a step it seemed.

"Princess?" A voice from the kitchen said.

When Leigh landed on her front at the base of the staircase she moaned. "Owwwwyyy . . ."

"Princess!"

Leigh started trying to climb to her feet. She was now on her hands and knees and what she saw before her were a pair of bare, gorgeous legs. Her cheeks heated as if she was a young boy in primary school seeing his crush wearing a mini skirt for the first time.

"Gosh I leave you alone for ten seconds and you end up rolling down a flight of stairs. What a wreck you are. Hahahahahahahay!"

Leigh looked up and was now looking at Jesy's face. Her cheeks heated more. Jesy had her hair in a ponytail and it looked kind of messy but . . in a good way. And Jesy also had a smirk on her face. A very Jesy thing to wear. The only thing that wasn't so Jesy about her was the silly themed pyjamas she had on. And well . . . also the bags under Jesy's eyes. But she makes that look kind of cute . . .

"Uhhh aren't you gonna get up? You're just staring at me. What are you? Dumb?"

Leigh came to her senses again and started trying to get up for real. She did not get far because Jesy offered her a hand and then hoisted her up to which she squealed in a girly way.

"You act like you're not used to my man strength by now." Jesy patted Leigh down once she was up. "There we go." Now she smiled as she held hands at her hips. "Kinda odd for you to wake up way after I do Sunflower. What kept you in bed? Wet dreams about moi? Hahaha!"

Leigh-Anne was both relieved and confused. Wait . . . She thought back to last night and how much of a terrible state Jesy had been in. Was she okay now or was she just acting like she always did?

Jesy noticed that Leigh was just standing there and staring at her. Her eyes darted left to right. "Uhhh everything okay?"

"O-oh I- sniff, sniff . . ."

Shit. "Are you crying?" Jesy started to look uncomfortable. "First thing in the morning?? Princess what's wrong?"

Leigh fanned at her face like a dramatic teenager. "No, no I'm not cry- Jesy! JESY!"
