jack was finishing up zachs gift. he had the first part of it almost finished and then he'd start on the second part. he was sat in his bed with the supplies laid out and was very focused.
he wasn't supposed to be with zach till tomorrow so he had the whole day to work on it.

zach was at home playing with reese. he loved his baby sister a whole lot, especially the time he actually spent playing dolls with her.

"where's jack?" she asked as she put a new outfit on her barbie "he's at home, why?" zach asked curiously "i was just wondering...i hope to have a boyfriend like jack one day" she smiled and zachs heart fluttered "why's that?" he asked and she looked at him happily "he's so sweet to you...and he loves you a whole lot. i want someone to love me like that even if i'm only little" she sighed and zach awed before scooting her into his lap and kissing her head "i love you sissy...i promise someone will love you like that someday but for now you have to deal with me" he started tickling her

jack was taking a break from the project and decided to go downstairs. it was dinner time so he sat at the table and ate the food amongst his family.

they talked about plans they had for the break along with how they all were feeling and small talk. isla started talking about christmas and what she wanted luckily jack had bought her the exact gift she hoped for.

after they ate the small family decided to watch a movie on disney plus. so they gathered in the living room and cuddled up on the couches.

it was later that night and jack looked out his window to see a bright star shining through. he smiled to himself imagining all the nights he and zach took late night walks along with just sitting under the stars...he felt as though he had a connection with the night sky...especially with zach.

he then had a notification from facetime. "bub". he pressed accept and saw zachs face enter the screen. "hi bub" the boy smiled and jacks face heated up.

they started talking and eventually fell asleep on the call. "i love you darling" zach whispered after hearing small snores escape the boys lips and he then shut his eyes dozing off.

it was the next day and jack woke up and got dressed, he put on white overalls, checkered vans, and a rainbow shirt. he grabbed his phone and headed out the door walking to zachs home.

he knocked on the front door waiting on the brunette to come outside, but instead he was met by a small little girl.

"hi jack" she smiled and the curly boy smiled back "hey reese, is zach home?" he asked and she shook her head "no he left a few minutes ago...he should be back soon though" she shrugged and the boy nodded and walked into the home and sat on the couch next to ryan.
they talked before they started playing the nintendo switch.   

the door opened and in walked a brown eyed brunette "mom im- oh hi jack" the boy cut himself off and smiled before sitting the food on the table. "thanks baby...oh hi jack" myta grinned and walked to the kitchen where she set out the food zach brought home.

zach and jack walked up to his bedroom where they sat down and talked for a bit.

"you know what" zach held the boy's sides "what?" he asked furrowing his brows "i love how you love my family and act like they are your own...i also love how your family loves me. you're my bestfriend and i wouldn't want to be with anyone else. my world would be so much different without you...but i love how it is with you in it" zach breathed and jack wrapped his arms around the boy pulling him in for a tight hug as the brunette let some tears fall.

"you're an angel my love...i'm glad we're together" he kissed his cheek as he stood on his tippytoes. the let go and jack wiped the boy's tears before kissing his soft pink lips. they then walked downstairs hand in hand and at at the table with the others to eat.

later on that evening the two walked hand in hand under the cool air and night sky. it was peaceful and sweet. when they finally came back to zachs they went up stairs and jack started humming as the other boy had his arms wrapped around the boys torso.

"sweet creature...had another talk about where it's going wrong..." jack sung in a low soft tone as zach played with the boy's hair...he leaned down and pressed a soft kiss to the boys head. "you have such a beautiful voice my love" zach whispered "thank you." he smiled up at him. they eventually fell asleep.
